This has been the most horrible shopping experience of my life. I am still being haunted by this order months later — all without ever having received the product!!!

I paid 120USD for the item, but when it arrived, customs demanded €126 in fees — more than the product itself! Completely absurd. I refused delivery, the parcel went back to the seller, and I was refunded. That should have been the end.

Instead, months later, I get a letter from a debt collection agency saying I owe €138.40 for return shipping costs — because Lelet NY never paid FedEx to return the refused package. FedEx confirmed exactly this to me.

The Lelet team has been completely unhelpful and unprofessional. They just keep repeating that all costs are on me — which is hilarious considering the product was never in my possession for even a second. No accountability, no resolution, just endless back-and-forth while they wash their hands of the problem.

Don' walk but run!

Recently bought the scales wide headband. And all the pictures show it to be rather glossy and shiney with minimal to no antiquing. However when it arrived it was very thick with the antiquing to the point that it looked dirty. I contacted them to let them know but they first defended it saying it's how it should be, (despite that not being represented in their pictures at all), and then they offered for me to send it back, (at my expense), to have it lightened/cleaned. This would cost me greatly as I'm from a different country and have already paid a large amount for the orginal item.

I'm a little disappointed tbh, this was for my wedding and the last thing you want when wedding shopping/planning is having to get an item fixed to look good/like the promotional pictures before you can use it. Made things more stressful.
