I have been trying in vain to reach customer service for many weeks now—without any success.

I bought a pair of shoes here where the product image in the shop was simply wrong. Naturally, I received a different item than what was shown. Errors happen, which wouldn't normally be a big deal. I informed the store right away. They subsequently updated the image on the website, but completely ignored my inquiry!

Since I received no reply, I returned the item at my own expense and informed the store via email and Instagram. The result: absolute radio silence. No reaction on any channel whatsoever.

A ridiculous, easily solvable issue is simply being swept under the rug here. I strongly advise everyone against buying from this shop! Given this outrageous behavior, I am now left with no choice but to seek legal advice.

Absolutely shameless store. I’ve had a terrible experience shopping their latest sale, which they claimed was site wide, only for them to cancel my purchase. They claimed they didn’t have the right to ship fragrances internationally, which was sheer stupidity as I am myself based in France.

What happened here is they didn’t want to honor the sale, and that they didn’t intend perfumes and fragrances to be included in the sale.

Absolutely no communication from them as I explained to them the situation.

Would not recommend at all!

Ordered a jacket for the misses and myself.
Items arrived in excellent condition within a few days including a kind note. What more do you want?!
