Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd Anmeldelser

Mark arranged everything for me over email easily with no hassle, confirmation was very clear and the automatic status updates on the day were very useful. Tony my driver also got in touch directly on the day and managed to collect me earlier than initially planned when my appointment ran short, got me home much quicker than I expected so all in all was a great experience. Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd will be the first place I call should I need the service again.

Firstly a big thank you to Mark at Leicester Executive Chauffeurs for making this part of the wedding day stress free. The ease of booking, flexibility and the clear communication gave me a confidence in this service. When there is so many aspects of a day like this to get right, you definitely want the bride to arrive stress free and in style. Mark delivered, in more ways than one. Thank you, Richard (Father of the Groom).

Easy booking process with good confirmation and follow-up after initial booking. Helpful and courteous driver for a delayed late-night transfer from Birmingham Airport - no extra charge for the delay.

I used these guys to collect my brother from Heathrow, the driver contacted my brother when he landed and met him in arrivals on time and was very courteous.

Mark was very quick at getting back to me when booking, kept me informed up until the collection day.

Great company I will definitely use them again.

The service from Leicester Chauffeurs was excellent. Both pick-ups were prompt and the communication was excellent. The cars were extremely comfortable and the drivers were friendly, accommodating and efficient.

A 1st class service - brilliant communication from moment of booking to actual day of vehicle transfer service. Tony our driver was excellent and arrived 10 minutes before departure booking time - excellent.
Without hesitation will use again

I contacted Mark last minute as we had been let down by another company for my daughter and her friends prom, Mark despite being super busy sorted out transport for us, he was a gentleman, smart and the vehicle was immaculate. Thank you Mark - you saved the day!

We had Mark take us one way to Heathrow and Daniel to bring us back, absolutely excellent service , even when we had given incorrect hotel details for the outbound journey Mark took us onto the correct hotel, nothing was an issue. We were held up on the apron in the plane upon our return and then had a long wait for luggage, no problem for Daniel, he ensured our early morning drive home was perfect. Excellent service on both journeys, we will definitely be using you again.

We recently used LEC's executive Mercedes mpv to transport my daughter and her bridal party to the wedding venue. Mark was extremely prompt and professional and the quality of the the vehicle made the whole experience feel very relaxing and luxurious for us all and my daughter. Highly recommended service.

I recently hired Leicester Executive Chauffeurs to transport us from Heathrow to Leicester and for the return trip. The service provided was first class, our drivers were very professional, polite and punctual. Mark always responded to my E Mails and communicated all relevant information quickly and professionally. I will certainly be using Marks services again and have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Mark and his team provide a service which is second to none. We have used Mark's driving services for a few months, and we are extremely happy with the exceptional standard of service. Mark and his team are prompt, professional, and extremely helpful and kind to our elderly Mother, whom LEC transfer some distances to see family members. Mum always arrives exceptionally relaxed, and is very complimentary of Mark and his team.

Great service from first contact to final destination. Drivers professional, punctual and drove very well. Cars comfortable. Would use again and recommend.

I used the service for my daughter who was arriving at Heathrow from the USA. Having never travelled to England on her own before, I wanted a safe reliable service to meet her in arrivals and transport her safely and comfortably to her destination in Leicester. Anthony was a perfect gentleman and helped my daughter with her heavy luggage and got her safely from door to door. Mark and his team do a great job keeping you informed all the way so I knew when she was picked up and dropped off. All in all a fantastic service and well worth the money.

Mark provided an excellent service again for our elderly Mother, who is usually quite a nervous passenger. She is so relaxed, and delighted with the quality of the service from LEC door-to-door. Nothing is too much trouble for Mark and his team. Thank you again Mark. We are so happy to have found you.

Booked LEC for a work event, Mark was really flexible and accommodating as our schedule was continually changing. But both him and our driver Munaz were great at communication and the day went brilliantly. Thank you!

Excellent service by Mark and the team. I would use again and recommend to anyone looking for an incredibly professional service. The car was immaculate and our driver Tony was very nice, professional, dressed smart, drove safely. Arrived early and followed all of our instructions. Excellent value considering how good the service was.

excellent service from Mark and the team.

We used the service to take us from Leicester to London for my daughters wedding. Mark was fantastic, punctual, professional and friendly. On Return he showed flexibility bringing pick up forward by an hour at short notice. Highly recommended.

My experience of using this company was excellent. The service was very professional and efficient and the driver was very good too.

I can't talk highly enough about Mark and his team. I needed very (very) last minute help for the transport of some VVIPs for an event and Mark absolutely came through. Vehicles are immaculate and the drivers are incredible professional. Special mention goes to Mark's colleague Munaz, who was so kind and flexible despite the lateness of the evening and our ever-changing requests.
