I am writing this review with mixed reflections on my experience. On one hand, I want to thank my original solicitor, Karen, for her support and hard work over the majority of my four-year iron injection injury claim. She did her best to explain a complex process, and I truly appreciated her efforts.

However, my experience changed significantly in the final months when my case was transferred to another solicitor. At this critical stage, I felt the focus of the claim shifted, and there was pressure to bring the matter to a close. I did not feel that my emailed questions were fully addressed, and I lacked the clarity I needed to feel completely comfortable with the final steps.

Additionally, I feel the medical evidence may have been more complete had a haematologist been involved from the start, rather than a shoulder specialist, to better reflect the specific nature of an iron infusion injury.

While I am grateful for the settlement achieved and the work done to reach it, the final stages of the process felt rushed and left me feeling more like a file to be closed than a client being supported. I am thankful for the outcome, but disappointed with how the conclusion was handled.

I had the pleasure of having Karen Powell represent me during my case. She kept me update to date with the process off my claim and what going to happen next. Would be happy to have her represent me again.
