I love my open shelves. I have experienced their service 2 times. The first time I ordered ready made sizes and 2nd time was a custom order. They kept me informed during each process. Their response time was great and the product beautiful.

The shelves are beautiful and such great quality! Aiden was incredibly helpful the entire experience. My only suggestion would be to stress that these shelves work best with wooden studs, and that if you have metal studs other anchors are needed. Had we known that from the beginning, we would have made different decisions. But overall had a great experience.
