I have never thought I would get scamed . I fall for them . And traded accout 24 trading days and was getting raedy for payout . When Saturday comes . I saw a message says . Payout request will be enable shortly . It never open for me to send a pay out request . And it push me to next day Sunday . It remain same .they never let you even send them a payout request .i email them they don’t respond. Iam really pissed and angry @ myself after hearing all about them . And I still traded with them . They are really big scam . I don’t know how they still running business. We should file a legal complaint against them .i wasted a month of my time and emotions.Please stay away

Please know that if you ever encounter any issues submitting a payout request online, you can always email us directly at support@leelootrading.com with your account number and the payout amount you are requesting.
Our standard process is that payout requests are submitted during the designated payout window on Saturdays. However, if you emailed us over the weekend, please note that our support team does not operate during weekends, which is why you would not have received a response until the next business day (Monday).
To clarify:
• You have not been scammed.
• You have not yet submitted a valid payout request, so nothing has been denied or withheld.
• Once we receive your request through the proper channel, our compliance team will review it as usual.

I was well on my way to learning…
I was well on my way to learning futures trading with Leeloo. Now I just needed to correct a few minor inaccuracies in my trading. In the last few weeks, I was able to reach practice accounts relatively quickly, in 1-2 days. But now, when I was able to reach a 300K account almost in one day, I was put into a drawdown without actually having done it. People, be careful here. LeeLoo will most likely give a standard answer that it's all my fault, etc. So, LeeLoo, keep your answer. And P.S., quite a few 5-star reviews are fake. I was also lured by the idea that if I give 5 stars and a good review, I'd get a free or cheaper practice account. I still thank LeeLoo for allowing me to learn to trade here under "real conditions." However, I will no longer finance LeeLoo and will invest my own small capital in a real broker and trade cautiously with a micro account there. PS: With good software, you can learn to trade very well in Market Replay mode without spending a lot of money.

Ich war auf einem gute Weg das Future-Trading mit LeeLoo zu erlernen. Nun musste ich nur noch einige kleine Ungenauigkeiten in meinem Trading verbessern. In den letzten Wochen konnte ich relativ rasch die Practice-Accounts in 1-2 Tage erreichen. Nun aber wo ich ein 300K Konto fast an einem Tag schaffen konnte, wurde ich in ein Draw Down gesetzt, ohne es gewesen zu sein. Leute passt hier auf. Nun wird LeeLoo mit grosser Wahrscheinlich eine Standard Antwort geben dass das alles meine Schuld ist etc. Darum LeeLoo spart euch euere Antwort. Und P.S. ziemlich einige 5 Sterne Bewertungen sind nicht echt. Auch ich wurde geködert, dass wenn ich 5 Sterne und eine gute Rezession gebe bekomme ich ein Gratis oder günstigeren Practice Account. Ich bedanke mich trotzdem bei LeeLoo dass ich hier unter "reellen Konditionen" traden lernen konnte. Nun aber finanziere ich LeeLoo nicht mehr und werde mein eigenes kleine Kapital in einen echten Broker einsetzen und dort mit einem Micro Konto vorsichtig Traden. PS mit einer guten Software kann in Market Replay Modus das Traden sehr gut erlernen ohne viel Geld auszugeben.

We do not “go to great lengths” to deny requests; in fact, our rules are transparent, posted publicly in our Knowledge Base, and are designed to promote fairness and long-term trader success.
If a payout is denied, it is only because the account was not in compliance with those clearly stated rules (for example: consistency, contract usage, or other protective measures to ensure responsible trading). Many traders appreciate these rules because they protect both them and the company from unsustainable or reckless practices.

Compre una prueba el 24 de Julio del 2025 de 100K y mi prueba se termina el 7 de agosto de 2025no e logrado configurar la cuenta porque los datos que me dieron no reflejan el saldo en Ninja Trader y la cofiguracion de la cuenta para operar es un calvario, no puedo decir si la empresa es buena o mala, lo que si puedo opinar es que el servicio al cliente es pesimo no hay por donde se pueda comunica con soporte por la pagina, todo es muy confuso, agradeceria que se puedan comunicar para saber se por estos inconvenientes que se an presentado puedo terminar de configurar la cuenta y tomarme los 14 dias de la prueba.

Si tu cuenta fue cerrada en el tercer retiro, no fue por “fondos dentro”, sino porque se detectó un incumplimiento a las reglas previamente aceptadas. Cabe resaltar que tus dos retiros anteriores fueron pagados con éxito, lo cual demuestra que cumplimos cuando se respetan las condiciones.

Que des scamers
Je confirme qu'ils ne sont pas sérieux.j'ai trouvé des difficultés lors de mon premier retrait ( ils ont payé que la moitié du montant demandé). J'ail continué à trader puis quand j' ai demandé mon deuxième retrait, ils ont refusé de me payer malgré que mon solde dépasse 55400 USD tout en respectant leurs règles.
Je pense ils n'honorent pas leur engagement de financement et ne sont pas sérieux.
Très mauvaise expérience avec eux et conseil les autres de trouver une autre compagnie plus sérieuse

Sharing My Personal Experience (and FRUSTRATION)
I'm sharing my personal experience and opions on Leeloo. I began trading with Leeloo several years ago at the start of my trading journey. Their prices were cheap and the rules seemed like some of the best out there. Like most new traders, I was unprofitable for the first couple of years. I spent several thousands of dollars on these prop firm evaluations in the hopes of becoming funded and taking regular payouts.
About 3 years into my trading journey I began to get consistently profitable. I was able to make about $30,000 (over 5 months) in profit in two accounts with LeeLoo. Unfortunately, Leeloo denied every payout request I made on these accounts over a 5 month period. I kept trading, kept increasing my profit, and they kept denying payouts based on their "flipping rule." Basically Leeloo can add a "flipping day" to your account at their discretion. They don't need to explain why, they don't define what a flipping day is, there are no defined rules on flipping days. In my opinion, it's just a way for them to deny a payout. If you receive one flipping day in a trading month, then you must wait until the next month to request a payout. So if LeeLoo sees you making money and they don't want to payout, my opinion is they will throw a flipping day on your account as an excuse to deny payouts.
I get they want you to trade consistently, but some days are better than others. Some days the market if really working for you and you shouldn't be penalized for having a good day as long as you follow the consistency rule.
Even though I followed all the defined rules (consistency rule, contract size, etc), I was denied payouts because of an arbitrary decision that I could not understand nor navigate because they couldn't explain to me what a flipping day meant.
After 5 months of being profitable and generating $30k in profit, they settled on paying me around 8% of what I had made and closed my PA accounts. They offered to move me to their elite program. There is, however, a high monthly fee with that and really strange rules. With all the hassle and disappointment I experienced, these rules seem like just another way to extract a monthly fee from me and deny more payouts. I will never trade with LeeLoo again.
Also, during this time, I was copy trading with 2 other prop firms. I was getting may payouts APPROVED with them. There are way better prop firms out there for traders.
Another big complaint is that they will change the rules and not notify active traders. For example, I had five PA accounts with them at one time and I was copy trading all five. Then, one day, they changed the rule so that traders can only copy trade 3 accounts at a time. I was never notified of this change. I found out via social media. At best this is really bad customer service. At worst it is designed to trap traders into breaking rules.
There are lots of legit prop firms out there. Yeah, LeeLoo is cheap. But for a reason! If you are a profitable trader looking to take consistent payouts without stressing about having your payout approved, you definitely want to look elsewhere. Again, this was my experience.

Regarding copy trading, it has never been allowed between accounts from different companies, and within Leeloo, there are specific restrictions. These limitations exist to maintain fair and independent trading, and they are clearly outlined in our rules.
As for the flipping rule, it is not arbitrary. It applies when a trader places trades outside their typical trading behavior for the purpose of meeting a requirement—such as getting a day counted, reaching a minimum profit/loss threshold, or taking trades that do not align with their usual contract usage and profit-taking patterns. This rule ensures that trading behavior remains consistent and genuine rather than manipulated to meet payout criteria.
We understand that some days in the market are better than others, and we do not penalize traders for profitable days. However, consistency is a fundamental aspect of our approach. If a trader deviates significantly from their usual strategy in a way that raises concerns, it can trigger the flipping rule.
Lastly, Leeloo is designed for traders who are committed to long-term success with responsible and disciplined trading. While we recognize that different traders have different preferences, we stand by our policies, which are in place to maintain fairness and integrity across all accounts.
