Payout requests are not denied at random. They are reviewed through our internal monitoring systems and then checked by human reviewers as part of maintaining program integrity and risk management. When account ownership, payment activity, or related account behavior raises concerns, those issues are taken seriously.
Your review also combines multiple people, multiple accounts, and cross-payment activity, which makes this very different from a standard payout request. Based on what you described, this was not a simple payout denial with no reason.

For transparency, your account was not closed for “opening a ticket” or raising a concern. Traders contact our support team every day regarding data, platforms, or account questions — that is completely normal and always allowed.

In your case, you submitted a formal complaint about market data and requested a reimbursement. Although market data is provided by third-party vendors and outside of our direct control (as outlined in our Terms of Service), we chose to issue a full refund for your invoice as a goodwill gesture due to your dissatisfaction.

When a refund is processed, the associated account is automatically closed. That is standard policy tied to refunded accounts. The closure was directly connected to the refund request — not to the fact that you contacted support.

At the time of closure, the account did not meet payout eligibility requirements under program rules.
