Lost shipment by USPS and how LEDSupply helped.
Even though USPS lost the shipment - it eventually arrived - that's more on USPS. LED Customer Support filed a claim with USPS when brought to attention the shipment seemed to be stuck somewhere with USPS, and then issued a new shipment once verified lost with USPS (but the same day the original USPS shipment arrived). Cameron in customer support at LEDSupply was helpful through the USPS delays.

Great product at a great price

The beetle clips didn’t work
The beetle clips didn’t work , the aluminum track could be slightly larger to accommodate the plastic lens, the tape strip and lens cover don’t fit well together , their is not enough wiggle room to slide the lens cover on easily!!!! I found after sliding one cover on that the tape strip has to be perfectly placed in middle of track!! I called about beetle clips and they said they would send a video they never did, I believe there are other products easier to work with I’m still trying to finish up, way to may hours into it!!! Very unsatisfied!!

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear the installation has been frustrating. Based on follow-up troubleshooting, it sounds like the wiring was contributing to the issue with the connectors, and we're glad that’s been identified. Regarding the diffuser lenses, they are designed to snap into place rather than slide — this tight fit is intentional so the lens stays securely in position. That said, using a small amount of lubricant (like soapy water) along the edges can help center or reposition the lens during install. We appreciate your input and are here to help if you need anything further to get the project finished.

For starters when I called a person answered the phone, that alone is a great start.
I told them what I wanted to do but didn't know for sure what to order so they took my email and sent me a link to everything I needed.
Next I put the order in online and it was shipped immediately and arrived in record time.
