I ordered the LED Retrofit Kit for Outdoor Light Fixtures
Options: Color Temperature : 3000K Warm White

It was easy to order. The shipment took a while because it was out of stock. However when it arrived, it was easy to installed. The light was brighter than my other one but I prefer that better. Happy customer. Will order again.

Dave McGalliard was very helpful when we needed to change our order. He explained the process and assured me it would be taken care of. He was right, thanks Dave! The item was on backorder, but came ahead of schedule which was a bonus. This is our second purchase with LEDsupply, glad we found this company.

The ordering was easy. The web site for a novice was easy to navigate. The parts that I needed were not in stock, was notified right away about it. The length of time that they stated and the delivery was a lot faster than expected. The kit to fix the light was very easy to install. Great job all around.

Well, I got what I ordered, and all the lights outsied my garage are now lit.

It was easy to order the lights, but it took a long time getting to him because the supply issues I hope things can be resolved.

Your company explained the shipment delay and offered to cancel the order if I wanted . You shipped out as soon as you got it and fulfilled the order as agreed.

Light kits work great. Took much longer to receive than communicated and no follow up regarding the delay.

Eve though parts were on back order, I was able to get exactly what I needed and customer service was very helpful when giving me an idea of when they expected to have my parts available to send out.

The product was exactly what I needed and at a great price.

Think I got everything I need for my project but I know where to look if not. Otherwise you website has pretty much everything I need like connectors and power supplies.

Excellent products of quality and price point difficult to find elsewhere. Shipping was a bit slower than the giant A has trained us to expect, but perfectly reasonable.

I placed an order that included expedited shipping. I frequently checked the tracking number and the package wasn’t being picked up. I contacted led supply and after a week it was determined that my order was missing. It was refilled and sent off. Realizing that this time I didn’t get expedited shipping I had to contact them requesting a refund for the fee that I previously paid. Since then I’ve placed two more orders and the shipping appears to also be delayed.
