My salt and pepper mills, after 7 or 8 years, stopped working as well and since the company offers a 10 year guarantee I got in touch to explain the problem. The process is simple but quite a bit of work, and it took a while, but eventually their very helpful customer service team sent me two beautiful new mills. I'm very happy with the service and will continue buying from Le Creuset.

Very prompt and efficient - clear communication and when the product fault was agreed the exchange was quick and easy.

I recently contacted Le Creuset UK regarding an issue with a non-stick pan I had owned for several years. Although the item was ultimately considered outside of the guarantee due to wear and tear, their customer service was very helpful and professional throughout.

They assessed my claim promptly and, as a goodwill gesture, offered a replacement, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear and the process was straightforward from start to finish.

Overall, a positive experience and a good example of customer service.

Amazing, quality products with exceptional customer service

I had an issue with one of my saucepan, I spoke to the customer service team and they were very helpful. They sent me a email relating to the aftercare needed. I was happy with the outcome. It is great to deal with a company that looks after their customers.

There was very little question, the frying pan and milk pan were replaced with quibble

The company replaced the pan I returned even though they felt my use and care of the pan may have contributed to the damage on the its surface. All they asked was that I returned the pan for them to examine.
The replacement pan was delivered promptly.

Really helpful customer support for damaged item

Purchased a new dinner service from Le Creuset to replace a dinner set we’d had for 30 years (from Boots!) It was quite expensive to buy as a set and we thought we were buying a good quality brand. We were assured the dinner service is dishwasher safe and fine to use as an everyday item. We’re really disappointed to find that after only a few weeks of use the surfaces of the dinner plates in particular have developed scratches and marks. We noticed this on one plate initially and the store replaced it saying occasionally some items are a little faulty in their finish. However, it’s obviously not a one off issue as all the plates are now showing the same scratches and marks - particularly evident on the blue and green colours. Really disappointed - with our last set having been used for 30 years we had expected these ones to last better than a few weeks before looking as though they’re old and in need of replacement. Love the colours, options and weight of the dinner service but I’m really not sure it’s worth paying the extra for the brand name, given how quickly they lose their finish.

Great products and helpful customer service.

I was very disappointed when my non-stick frying pan, bought at great expense, failed after just 9 months of careful use.
I returned it to the company and the decision taken was that the failure of the non-stick was due to misuse on my part.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, I did receive a replacement frying pan.

I had a piece of stoneware from Le Creuset that I loved. Unfortunately, it developed a hairline crack after a couple of years and broke soon after.

I didn’t have proof of purchase, but was hoping they might be able to offer a goodwill discount towards a replacement.

After I sent an email with photos, they responded by offering a full replacement. The new item has just arrived and I couldn’t be happier.

I’m so impressed with the product and the level of customer care, and it has made me a customer for life. Thank you to Shaunna and the company for your help.
