Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish, went above and beyond. When purchasing a bespoke piece of furniture you want to make sure it’s right. Communication was responded to promptly and information provided. Delivery was completed on time and the final product is really good quality and looks great. Wouldn’t hesitate using the company again.

We were looking for a corner bench for our dining room to make more space and bring some colour to what is quite a dark room.
If you want one in grey you can get a corner bench at any of the out of town furniture stores so we had to look further afield.
Leather Centre Furniture Ltd came to our rescue. From my first contact with Kat I got nothing but outstanding customer service. She answered all my questions, sent us swatches of material and gave us time to make our choice.
The bench we ordered arrived more than a week before the expected delivery date and is just what we wanted. It is of excellent quality and extremely comfortable.
If you want a cheap mass produced bench that's fine but if you want a quality bespoke piece of furniture please take a look at Leather Centre Furniture. You will not be disappointed.

The kitchen bench we received is fantastic and great quality! Kids and adults alike love it and it's really transformed the space. There was initially some minor confusion about what we were ordering but all easily clarified. I would definitely recommend.

I have recently purchased a kitchen corner bench from Leather Centre Furniture. I couldn’t make my mind up on style/colour and the lady I was exchanging emails with was super patient and helpful. Received within the agreed lead time. I’m extremely happy with the product. Which looks amazing and is very good quality.

We ordered a 2m long bench and it is made so beautifully it’s flawless, we are so chuffed with it!! The velvet material is very soft and the colour is vibrant just like expected, better actually. The Customer Service has been fantastic, very detailed and thorough and also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company

I was looking for some off shelf booth seating for my little area in the kitchen diner but couldn’t find any with dimensions that I could make work. By complete chance I came across a corner unit by Leather Centre on Etsy and spotted in the description that they can make any size. The ordering process was really easy, Kat was super helpful and even though I had a panic about my measurements and a tweak in the length of the bench seat, nothing was too much bother. The delivery was great and we had notifications along the way. The seating is perfect, beautiful, fits my area like a glove and the Aqua velvet is stunning. We are delighted and would shop again and recommend to anyone looking for high quality bespoke furniture.

We have just received our order of a Blue Lake Bench and it’s beautiful and well worth the money. We’re very pleased with the bench. From start to finish Leather Centre were so easy to deal with. Our contact was Kat who was great. We visited the showroom to choose material as I found that was easier. There’s lots of materials and colours to choose from. Delivery was great too. Kat kept us copied in on the arrangements with the delivery company who kept us informed and we were given a 3 hour time slot and they then messaged when they were nearer to give a more exact time.

Very friendly team( Kat and Pawel)provided top class customer service, showed all the fabrics available and discussed the options we have. We ordered soft faux leather wall panel for our guest bedroom and it looks amazing! Very happy with the quality of soft wall panel and installation. Thank you

From the first message, communication was prompt and informative. Kat was amazing from start to finish. I ordered a large U shaped seating in mustard velvet. I needed my seating for Easter and despite being busy, they managed to make and deliver my order ahead of lead time, I’m so grateful. The seating is well made, easy to fit together and was well packaged for delivery. Very happy customer. We would highly recommend.
