Great communication and help from Laura W with everything explained very well making the order process easy.
Vehicle is on order so will see how that goes.
Only downside is the £360 admin charge which I think is quite high in comparison to other brokers.

So helpful. Matthew who handled my agreement was always happy to go back over anything I needed to. Any advice or questions he would answer straight away or if he didn’t know he didn’t give me any selling spiel he was honest and said “I don’t know, but I’ll find out for you” which in today’s world goes a long way.

We had been asked to return our Motability vehicle but only given a week to do so. This left us in a terrible position as we needed a vehicle as my partner could not use public transport. I found a vehicle online but as I have never leased before, was unsure if this was the right option. Chris Rogan at Lease4less was amazing. He explained the whole process, my options and helped me decide what was best for me. We found a suitable car and he arranged for this to be with me within 2 weeks leaving me only 1 week to have to cope without. He is amazing and still answers my emails if I have questions.
