The traineeship program is well-structured and easy to follow. The main thing is to take notes on the completed modules so you can refer back to them later. Preparing notes will definitely help with real-life projects. Moly is really good at explaining concepts and everything required for the program. For example, I was a little confused about the buckling stress ratio, and she clarified it very well during the course.
