It's a good course. To teach the basics and further improve my knowledge, I used online research for more in-depth learning. Learnt a lot of new tools and techniques to take into work—some tools I had been using without realising or using them to maximum efficiency.

This while belt module was a good little intro into Lean Six Sigma and has given me enough insight as to whether to go further. Cost me an £1. And yes, I intend to go onto Yellow Belt. Couldn’t do this at my work however as my organisation does not allow the downloads which it considers as pop ups…

Good online course. A few glitches, it would need a little tiding up, but overall never compromising its effectiveness.
I would recommend an easy link to "customer service" or a chat box.

Good CSSC acreddited Lean Six Sigma Certifications. Price is ok and courses are on point.

I found the White Belt course extremely well designed. The content was clear, engaging, and especially effective for my visual learning style. The visual elements and structure made the concepts easy to understand and apply. I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely continue progressing through the upcoming belt levels.

Really good course layout and enjoyable content and format. Would benefit from some further help and examples of the statisitical tools and use of them had some questions on some of the results on the slides which were being investigated by a MBB but have not heard back yet on explanation of the data.

Course was really easy to follow and good that you can do it at your own pace.

Really easy to follow, nice short modules to keep you enganged.
Woudl be helpful to let you knwo where the downloads are or put them all in the downlads folder instead of on certain modules.

Overall I am pleased with the content and presentation. Great value, and topics are reinforced well through repetition and knowledege checks. Definately recommend.

I purchased the Lean Six Sigma black belt online course and have just completed the yellow belt section. I found the content sparse and scattered: for each of the 5 DMAIC phases covered topics seem to be chosen at random and there isn't a clear path that is followed. Jargon is often changed from the consensus and information provided does not align with the exam questions (some topics are not covered at all!). i hope the green and black modules improve because as it is now, I wouldn't recommend this course.

This was a good start to my process improvment journey. The course was well explained through visual and accompanied narration

Easy to use tools which are super informative. Useful for those of all abilities to get to grips with LSS.

Convenient and thorough course that covered everything I needed to know. Test was straightforward and you can review your answers at the end to see where you could improve

1/3 of the way through the black belt course and so far i am impressed. Course material is well structured and easy to follow

Very happy with the course material which keeps going in a logical way, rather than going through books with masses of material presented to you. The progress bar was motivating as well to know how far you've still got to go. The Yellow Belt mid-point exam and certificate was a nice to have, to be able to get that too!
