Very nice and informative training in an easy-to-understand format. The instructor was knowledgable for the most part but i wish the training was spread out in 5 days as the material taught felt too cramped in 3 days.

I found the training very useful and relevant in order to develop a mindset that would help me in my role. Ralph was a great trainer and his ability to keep track of the goal of what were the valuable outcomes of this training, were great.

A great course with a lot of hands on experience that walked us through many scenarios. In the end, it was clearly defined the value and the scope of this method combined along with the theoretically part of the training.
