This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The owner claims to sell a course and "PDF Method" that will teach you how to sell PDFs to grow your business. I bought his course and was told that in order to make the PDF landing pages, I needed to purchase an Info Engine account (another "third party" website that is also owned by his company "Velo Labs Limited") so during the course, I signed up for a 14 day free trial of Info Engine in August of 2025. After the free trial I was charged twice for the service. I tried to contact customer support to get a refund using the email listed on the website but the email bounced and said "Address Not Found" so there is no customer support email at all. This company has continued to charge me $47 per month ever since. I have filed multiple disputes with my bank, contacted Ewan Davies himself using his email and have gotten no response. The website has no other available contact information for customer support, only this one email. I have reported this company to the FTC and BBB and also left a review on Reddit r/scams to let others know to avoid them. I still have yet to receive any response or refunds for these fraudulent and unauthorized charges. The most recent charge was on 02/16/2026 and I have reached out yet again to the company with no response.
