Leaders - Worcester Anmeldelser

Super pleased with my new home, all under the support of Tierney, especially with some initial teething problems whilst I’ve settled in. So it’s not just about finding a home, it’s also about the aftercare!

Hi my name is Harry workman 60 raddlebarn farm drive my contract at leaders cotteridge is Natalie she has always been very helpful to me and sorted out any issues that i have had and has never not replied to any questions I have asked her I know I can always get her help thank you

Thea and the team have been incredibly helpful with the maintenance of my property and made the transition as easy as possible!

I’ve dealt with leaders a lot over the past few years with many different employees over this time. The current bunch are all great with all of them happy to help if Tierney isn’t available. But the whole time I’ve dealt with Tierney she has been amazing. Nothing is to much trouble, she is very direct in getting things done and always comes back to me with any answers I’ve enquired about. Leaders are very lucky to have her on board and she is a great credit to the company. Thank you Tierney for everything you do and I hope your here for many years to come.

Thea manages my property, she is always very helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service that Thea provides.

Neil has been looking after one of our rental properties during a particularly tricky time and I have been really impressed with his level of expertise and "can-do" attitude. It has been a real pleasure to work with him.

My husband and I have been renting a property through leaders since April last year, there have been a couple of maintenance issues that have come up since we moved in. Neil is our property manager (Worcester branch) and any issue we have logged have been felt with almost immediately and a contractor sent out the same day if not as soon as possible. Grateful to have someone who’ll help with anything that arises especially with having a little one In the home. Not had any issues with leaders since we’ve moved in

I have dealt with Lewis Langdell over some maintenance issues with the flat that I rent (Leaders are the letting agents). Lewis has been very polite, friendly, responsive and easy to deal with.

I found I was supported through the whole process. As a first time buyer, I felt assured that the purchase was being sorted by experienced professionals.

Contact with Leaders in Worcester is always a pleasure, even when requesting repairs. I am very pleased by engagement and care from Lewis Langdell Property Manager, who managed to resolve my case in matter of just few hours. Thank You.

Leaders has the best houses to rent. I enjoyed my seemless payment method and how organised there websites and services they provide is. Aimee has been a wonderful property manager that always quick to resolve and solve our problems and I do appreciate. I look forward working with you for a long time and recommend to amazing customers.

I have recently just rented a house with leaders. And what a privilege it's been. I have been dealing with a lady called Kate who was definitely the most helpful of agent couldn't of done enough for us and extremely helpful over the phone. It was a privilege Dealing with Kate.

We had a difficult experience with one agent who then left the business. We were assigned Lewis L and he has provides exceptional service. Always responds and nothing is quick in dealing with things. Great work Lewis!

I've been renting my property through Leaders for several years, there is definitely room for improvements in some areas, and without doubt the service depends on the individual property manager (based on experience with other agents. Good service by Neil currently, I've been dealing with Neil over the last couple of months.

Leaders agency? More like a complete nightmare! I implore anyone considering their services to run in the opposite direction. Their incompetence is staggering. The second they get their claws into your bank account, it's a never-ending cycle of fees, ludicrous rent increases, and absolute indifference to any issues you might face.

I've been trapped in this squalid excuse for a property for over two years. Whenever I plead for maintenance, it's like begging a brick wall for help. Responses? Actions? Forget it. But wait until it's time to squeeze more money out of you—suddenly, they're all over you with calls, emails, and texts, demanding every last cent for rent hikes that make zero sense.

And their idea of 'maintenance'? Sending over some ancient worker whose idea of a fix is to slap silicon on everything. It's like they're mocking us tenants with their shoddy, half-hearted attempts at repairs. The whole operation is a sham, a disgrace to the very notion of property management. Leaders? More like Losers. Avoid them like the plague unless you fancy living in a dilapidated dump and being treated like nothing more than an ATM.

Aimee has been helpful and understanding during the period when I had no boiler. Her customer service has been great, even giving me courtesy calls to check how we were while waiting for work to be done.

Been working with Aimee Taylor for over 2 years now and couldn’t be happier with the service!

Aimee has done a great job at managing my property, and getting in touch when needed.

Lewis has been the best property agent I have had. Everything I have asked he has gone above and beyond to aid and assist me.
