Leaders - St Helens Anmeldelser

Thank you for all your help, I have just moved into my new flat and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received

All members of staff we’re extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make things easy for us.We would recommend Leaders St Helens to anyone

Brilliant service, very quick response to my search, so helpful, I'm in the process of letting a property and all the staff cant do enough for us,. Making the process so much easier,

Great customer service from Shaun who walked me through the letting of our property to Sue and Cara who dealt with everything up to move in, thank you very much

Shocking letting service provided for the 12 months that I have been with them. I pay £42 a month for a Lettings fee and get zero return for that. All my dealings have been direct with the landlord who refuses point blank to put a penny into any repairs from dodgy electrics ( I haven’t had a working oven in the whole 12 months) to a leaking roof which the landlord drilled a hole in the ceiling to stop it collapsing but the left the hole, the damp stains and the wet stairs for me!
Overall a terrible experience from the agent and the landlord. Would never use this service again

Amazing experience in finding a new property, kept up to date all along the way, everyone was so helpful, can’t thank them enough.

Having listed our property with Sapphire Homes and having horrendous service, Shaun had sent us a letter asking if we needed help letting out our property. We got in touch and.. let’s just say… Leaders is an excellent company to work with. We are first time landlords and Shaun was patient, knowledgeable and explained all our options fully. We moved over to Leaders (and sacked off Sapphire homes) and been extremely happy with the service from everyone we have spoken to there. They are helpful, prompt at responding to questions and happy to help. Our property has finally been rented out in a very short space of time. We would highly recommend. Thank you Leaders!!

I cannot thank Leaders - St Helens enough, for all of the help they have once again provided us in moving into a new rental property! Shaun, Cara and Sue have been a huge support from start to finish (from presenting us a lovely house, through the application stage, paperwork, moving in and aftercare). They have found us an amazing new home that we love! This is a winning team that care about their customers!

Cara was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Excellent 5*.

Brilliant service from the Lettings team finding me a new home.

I truly thank the team for helping with my move, very professional and friendly they made the whole moving experience stress free and simple.
Huge thanks to the staff at Leaders especially Cara & Sue. Cara was really impressive, she cleared my doubts and readily made help available where l had a challenge reaching the property management team to see to getting my radiator working. Leaders blew my mind when I was given a welcome pack on move-in day. thumps up.

Absolutely perfect and helpful all the way through our moving process from start to finish I was guided and helped along the way! Great team Thanks Cara for the help really appreciate it.

From initial contact to us moving into our new home the Leaders team were really helpful and answered any queries we had. They explained the process clearly and helped us with understanding the paperwork needed. (We are first time tenants). Particular thanks to Cara at st Helens who patiently answered my many questions and pointed me in the right direction where needed. Thanks again.

Very impressive the way we have been treated by Leader and its representative Cara Maleedy. The whole process was fast and smooth, not to mention the lovely welcome package Cara made for us. Really, really appreciated that!

Cara helped me find a beautiful place to rent and made everything really easy. She is a great support and only a phone call away
