I have a rental flat in Reigate, Surrey, managed through Leaders. While I do have some general frustrations with the agency—particularly their constant attempts to increase commission fees—I want to give full credit where it's due to Chloe, who is my Property Manager.

Whenever I have needed to reach out to her, she has responded incredibly quickly and dealt with my queries in a highly diligent and professional manner. She is efficient, clear in her communication, and genuinely helpful. It is a real relief to have her as my Property Manager because I know I can rely on her to sort things out promptly.

If you are dealing with Leaders, definitely ask for Chloe—she is a true asset to their team and makes the whole management process much smoother.

Chloe has been incredibly professional, kind and patient throughout my tenancy. She handled my situation regarding an early tenancy agreement with my landlord with so much respect and understanding. Even though we weren’t ultimately able to resolve the situation, Chloe remained professional, patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated the way she communicated with me and made me feel listened to. She’s a credit to the property management team and I would happily recommend her.

We’ve been renting in Reigate for over two years and Chloe at Leaders has been a fantastic property manager throughout. She is very responsive, gets things done and is always cheerful and polite. She has been particularly helpful when we’ve had urgent issues to resolve. Thanks Chloe!

Excellent support throughout our tenancy. Responsive and always on hand to provide support for any issues (which occurred rarely!) or questions. In particular our property manager Chloe has always been very responsive and knowledgeable!

Leaders always contacts you when there are important appointments. Commuication has been good with leaders. They generally get back to you when you contact them about important issues although they have been slow on a couple of occasions.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Chloe Keeping for solving a little problem I had really quickly and was really eager to help me. Since being with leaders for the last few months it's been a pleasant experience and never got anything bad to say 😊

My move has been finalized and I’d like to give a big thank you to Ellie who supported me every step of the way. Finalizing the paperwork was complicated by the change in the law. Ellie took an active role in resolving the issues to make it happen. She was also very patient and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated this type of interaction, which made the move so much easier. I highly recommend Ellie and thank you once again.

Chloe has been our property manager for some time now and during this period we have had occasions to involve her with change of tenants, late payments of rent, obtaining increases in rental amounts and various necessary maintenance jobs and statutory requirements. There have been some maintenance problems which she has promptly dealt with. In addition, there have been a couple of late payments of the rent. She has contacted the tenant and the matter was quickly resolved
