Finally, special thanks to Faith Graham for your excellent work for making the process of my application so simple and smooth.

Rented our Northampton house quickly. Very helpful and professional. Pity the rent didn’t arrive immediately but he deposit did

Massive thank you to Jolanta Stonkute and Faith Graham of Leaders Northampton, who have been absolutely brilliant in providing excellent customer service. From the moment we chose our home to the moment we moved in, their service has been exemplary and given us so much peace of mind. Thank you both for your patience and support, and your welcome hamper was very well received 😊😊😊. A++

I am my wife are very excited to move to New house.Leaders are the best estate agent in Wellingborough and Northampton because we approach many agents and we did not get proper support and help.Lillian senior Lettings consultant helped us and did all the procedures quickly.we give you 5 ⭐️.Highly recommended

i had a very good first time landlord with leaders there were some small issues the cost on my side but overall i the service was 5/5 and very helpful most of the trouble i had was doing what was needed to make my place tenant ready but leaders explained all this to me overall i am glad i chose to go with leaders i would again

Thank you so much to the team in Leaders Northampton. An even bigger thank you Faith, you have been superb in answering all of the questions me and my partner have had and gave us zero complaints even after dealing with email after email from us. I couldn't be more grateful for the support and efficiency. With this being both mine and my partners first experience renting I couldn't of asked for a better team. Thank you so so much. - Ash and K

Leaders manage our rental portfolio and a big thank you as always and once again to Jolanta and the team Lillian and Faith for rapidly renting our two recently vacated rental properties. Once again lovely tenants carefully vetted. Been using the Northampton office now for 25 years starting out with 2 properties and increasing to 14 from there. Never had any major tenant issues, due I believe to the vetting process which Jolanta and the team do so well.
100% recommended.

It was a smooth experience. I never knew getting a house will be this easy for me. Thanks Leaders

Hi Faith I was delighted in the way you presented the property and showed me the rooms. All of this was done very comfortably and probably well done.

We received excellent service when moving into our new home. Lillian Cull-Simmonds was polite, professional and very helpful and supportive in helping us ensure that the move went smoothly.

Couldn't fault Leaders at all, always prompt with responses and very friendly. Lillian was amazing to deal and did as much as she could to help.

Leaders were exceptionally in terms of supporting us to find a place to stay. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this group of people. A personal thank you to Faith for all her hard work 🙏. Really appreciated

from start to finish the process was so easy to do even when i did ask for help they where on hand to help with what ever the issue was ( fairh graham ) was amazing thanks for all your help

My experience with Leader is top-notch compared to other letting agents I have interacted with. Faith Graham and her team supported us nicely during the property letting process from start to finish. Faith Graham, my first contact who assisted in viewing the property, was exceptionally helpful, and she never got tired of my back-and-forth calls for clarity and requests for more information.

The agency and their landlord are completely unresponsive. It takes an unreasonably long time for them to send someone to the property to address issues reported through their portal. They don’t reply to emails, and their office lines are often unanswered or staff are frequently out of the office when called. Dealing with Leaders has been incredibly frustrating

Lillian was amazing right from the start. She was very informative and made sure I was always kept in the loop.

Everything was made very simple and all the paperwork was felt with quickly and efficiently

What a wonderful group of people. I haven’t got much to say but much thanks to Leaders especially Faith Graham for making my application and processes go through fast and getting me a place in a week or two. Thank you 😉

Friendly, helpful and patient staff. We are so appreciative of your assistance which was top tier.

Lillian made our move incredibly easy, answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly.

The communication was clear and professional. Also, the whole team was very approachable.

We highly recommend Leaders for a stress-free letting experience.
