Leaders - Manchester Anmeldelser

Really positive experience renting with Leaders, James T worked with us throughout the process and couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Do not rent from this letting agent. We were let a property that was not in a good condition although the Inventory received after moving in said fair condition. It transpired that the Block had known maintenance issues, leaking windows causing a dangerous flooring hazard, heating and hot water issues, drainage issues plus many other failed fittings and appliances.
After 6months stress and inconvenience we gave notice to leave the Property on the grounds it was not fit to live in.Although Tenants should be protected under the Landlord and Tenant Act from defective properties we were unable to leave the property without a large Penalty and now after 7 months leaving the property we are still fighting for our rights to have rented a safe and free from hazards home.
Leaders claim to be professional managers but they’re not. Their business model is “pass the buck”. They try to blame the Tenant for problems not getting fixed.Everything is sub-contracted out to other companies, whom they blame whenever there’s an issue, meaning they don’t actually have to take responsibility for anything, including representing and dealing with bad Landlords who do not look after their properties and not being honest with potential Tenants.
Beware

Very good at communicating and easy to work with. Efficient service that are very helpful to tenants

Horrible scammy company. Avoid it at all costs.

Thank you so much to James in the Manchester branch who was so brilliant helping us with our new apartment. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Leaders were great, took the time to satisfy my needs. But what took it to the next level was Dom's amazing attention to detail. We were left feeling completely fulfilled.

Couldn't fault the service from Leaders, very professional and efficient. Dom was excellent and courteous throughout. Thanks Leaders

We recently used Leaders and I can’t recommend them enough. Ashley came to value one of our properties. He was very knowledgeable and very professional in all the dealings we had with him. We will definitely use him again. Thank you.

Very professional service and valuation from Ash Cooke. Highly recommend using this company!

A very good experience throughout. I spoke to Lilli-rose on the phone regarding looking for a property she was extremely polite and helpful and had a great answer for every question or worry i had. Definitely recommend.

Can’t thank Jack and the team enough for all their help moving in recently. Seamless process throughout and any issues dealt with straight away. 100% recommend.

I believe that Leaders are great letting agencies and their properties are very well presented. Holly Jackson, Leaders letting Negotiator, made sure to understand all my requirements carefully from our first interaction and she has been cooperative and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from Dom helping us find a property. Nothing was too much trouble and what could of been a stressful experience went exceptionally smoothly

Holly has been really helpful helping us look for properties and arranged viewings for us, the communication from the branch as a whole has been excellent keeping us upto date at every stage.

I'm happy with my experience with Leaders. Especially the service of Ashley Cooke, letting valuer from Manchester branch. He is professional and patient. Not merely handling the entire procedure of transfer letting agency, but also give me valuable suggestion when unexpected problem happened. He is responsible and keep update the progress by what's app. I'm definitely recommend Leaders and Ash to my friends.

I’ve been in email communications with Ashley Cooke from the deansgate branch for a few months for my new property which can complete in the new year. I just want to say what a unbelievable service he’s given so far. Every question answered and no stone left unturned. Usually with other companies I’ve had to wait a week before even getting a response but Ashley is very quick and precise which has definitely exceeded my expectations!
