Unprofessional
They ask you for a review before viewing apartments and when you give them a review they don’t show up!!! Unprofessional.

Thank you for arranging the viewing
Thank you for arranging the viewing. We were very impressed with the property and feel it would be a wonderful home for our family, especially given its excellent location close to schools and many shops.
We would also like to thank Macy for her professionalism, friendliness, and the time she took to answer all of our questions. She made the viewing experience very pleasant and informative. We are very interested in the property and would be delighted to be considered as tenants.

A pleasure to work with
I have had my rental flat estate managed with Leaders Lewisham for twenty years. During that whole time I have been in regular contact with my property inspector, Kerry Turner. She is very experienced in her role, an empathetic communicator and is always upbeat on the phone. She explains things clearly and promptly, and has made this branch a pleasure to work with.
