Both Lucy and Nick were very helpful in getting the right tenants for my flat and keeping me informed throughout the process. The flat is fully managed by Leaders, who not only provide a tenant finding service but are also brilliant and proactive, when it comes to managing the flat for me. I have used Leaders for many years and am very happy with them and the service they provide.

A very pleasant customer friendly experience I had with Lucy Miller.
Patient, yet professional.

Thank you.

Great estate agency who
Helped our family a lot through all process and very open .

Lucy, Gabriel and Nick were really helpful to smooth out the whole rental process for the house. Great people to trust.

We have been using Leaders Kingston for over 20+ years to find tenants for us. Of all the managers we have worked with the current manager, Nick Hawkins, is by far the best. He is helpful, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for him. His team too are always helpful and friendly too.

A really great experience from start to finish. Excellent and reliable service. Agent Gabriel Vick was great. Would recommend.

Gabriel at Leaders Kingston was absolutely amazing! Was always quick to reply, answered all my questions and made the process really easy!

I've been using Leaders in Kingston/Surbiton to let my apartment for five years. This is principally because of the local manager, Nick Hawkins. He oversees a team which, while the people change, remains reliable, efficient, responsive. They're just honest and dependable and go the extra mile. A pleasure to deal with.

Finlay Rippin was absolutely brilliant throughout our rental process. Everything was organised incredibly quickly and efficiently, and his communication was excellent at every stage.

Our meeting with Nick Hawkins proved very helpful and informative.

Finlay Rippin was very supportive and helpful to us in finding a new rental. Paperwork and logistics were done very promptly and Finlay was always around whenever we had a question. Made the stress of finding a new place to move into very stress-free which we appreciate a lot

Gabriel was very kind and helpful!
Booked me in for a viewing and made it simple and easy.

Working with Gabriel Vick was a great experience; he was supportive and assisted us with everything we requested. His help was truly invaluable, especially since we were processing the house rental from overseas.

Hi, I am tenant of Leaders in Kingston for many years and the experience has been in general very good. Today I would like to mention the very good work and kindness of Nikesh Noronha, property inspector from Leaders, who has been doing the regular inspection every 6 months for a few years now in my flat. I am very happy with his work and professionalism.
Best wishes.

As a landlord, Leaders have successfully rented my property for almost 20 years now and always attracted great long term tenants.

During that time they have always been extremely efficient, professional and easy to deal with so I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Yet again, within days they have tenanted my property and I'd like to thank both Gabriel and NIck for doing such a brilliant job so quickly.

If you are looking for an agent to deal with - this is the one!

Letting out my property through leaders was great, Gabriel and Kirt made the process super simple and got it let before it even came on the market.

Really pleased with service that Dan provided me regarding my move in to the new property.
Thank you !

My experience with Leaders Kingston Upon Thames has been outstanding. The entire team has been professional, supportive, and very easy to work with, but I want to give a special mention to Dan, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and clear in explaining everything, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dan’s communication was excellent, and he consistently followed up to ensure everything was on track.
It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuinely caring in this industry. Thank you, Dan, and thank you to the Leaders team for the fantastic service. Highly recommended!
