Leaders - Kings Norton Anmeldelser

Having read some of the recent reviews of Leaders, I couldn't agree more with all of them. Hannah was an absolute delight from start to finish when showing me around a property. All my questions were answered and emails were responded too very promptly. She's an asset to the Leaders team.
Thank you Hannah!

Hannah was very professional throughout and answered every question we had. We had a very warm welcome when we entered. I texted that I would be a few minutes late and she was very kind and understanding.
All in all, was great communication from start to finish.

I’d like to thank Hannah AG for her fast responses to my emails as I am a first time renter. I was able to call and email her to ask any questions regarding the property and the service was lovely.

I have worked with Sue as a conveyancer at several firms, and she has always been a pleasure to work with. During a recent, particularly complicated and stressful transaction, her patience, support and ability to manage expectations made a real difference.

Sue goes above and beyond for her clients, keeping everyone informed and helping matters move forward without adding pressure. She understands the value of working together, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

A huge thank you to Sue and Ryan for all their help, support and patience throughout what can only be described as a memorable property sale!

They were fantastic throughout the process, always approachable, responsive and willing to chase things up whenever needed. They kept me informed, helped navigate the many twists and turns along the way and were a reassuring presence during what was often a very frustrating experience.

Selling a property is stressful enough without the complications we encountered, but they remained helpful, supportive and professional throughout. I really appreciated their efforts and the fact that they continued to do everything they could to help get things moving.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you both for everything - I think we’ve all earned a well-deserved rest after this one!

Amazing and easy to use

After seeking valuations from various estate agents, we chose Leaders in Kings Norton. They were professional, friendly, helpful but most of all, realistic. They attended all of our viewings and were always on time. Mark did our valuation and Ryan handled most of our viewings. Ryans then progressed our sale and he was brilliant. He negotiated our sale and kept us updated every step of the way. We can’t recommend the team at Leaders enough and thanks to them we are now settled and happy in our new home.
