Leaders - Crewe Anmeldelser

The is welcoming, friendly and they are the best in the property industry.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to get an apartment from the very first day. Grace Boulton assured me that I had nothing to worry about, and she made everything so straightforward. Leaders Ltd truly stands out among letting agencies, without a doubt.

During the documentation process, Grace was incredibly diligent, often emailing me multiple times a day to ensure everything was done correctly. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service made the entire experience seamless.

Grace was very accessible, as a first time renter had numerous questions which she was able answer and support in a very timely manner.

Absolutely 💯 grace and Amy

Great experience with Leaders. Ben helped my application and was consistently keeping me updated!
Thanks again Ben

Excellent services rendered by leaders office in Crewe. A special thanks to Aleisha Smith during the property search process in Crewe, verification, documentation and formal hand over at the end . I would strongly recommend Leaders Crewe team for your new home search!

Leaders went farther than any estate agent who I have had dealings with in the past. Very prompt and helpful keeping you in the loop all the time. Working hard like me.

The lovely agent Aleisha was so kind, helpful and efficient with the entire process. She was always so quick to respond to our enquiries and despite the whole rental process being very cumbersome Aleisha made it seem simple and held our hands throughout the process. Thank you Aleisha you have been amazing

I applied for a property and Benjamin was helping my application. He was very patient and would always answer my questions.

Ben our advisor from the cree branch has been most helpful throughout our application process. He has always kept us informed throughout the process and has always answered any questions we had. Great job from leaders, thanks Ben.

Our experience with Leaders is truly amazing, staffs are very accomodating and approachable.Thank you is not enough as we secured a house that is very accesible and walking distance from our workplace.

Very happy with the support I have gotten from the staff. With my current agency it’s hard to get through to them but with leaders they reply as soon as they can and try to get everything sorted for you as soon as possible. Very happy with Benjamins support and help with all this referencing checks with being stressed about it.

All round great company, they manage my property. Finding, dealing and looking after tenants couldn’t be easier through leaders. Aleisha was amazing and couldn’t do any more for us, information and help at the drop of a hat.

My experience using Leaders to get a flat in Crewe was pleasant and positive. Professional excellence in how quick and effective the process was getting the flat and also settling in. Considerate and human as my needs and concerns were properly addressed and room was made for any adjustments for my convinience. Amy Williams did a fantastic job. Nice on phone and even nicer in person. Always helpful and willing to answer questions. It's 5star for me.

We have never used an estate agents before to rent a property always went with a private landlord. However, we decided to give it a try and we were so impressed. Ben was amazing got things done quickly, Sent documents for us to complete straight away and always on the end of a email if we needed help. Very easy process, only a couple of days for checks and referencing then we were good to go. Great customer Service thank you guys cant wait for move in date on Friday

Sue Carter is an excellent ambassador for your company and has been a tremendous support throughout the whole process. I can't thank her enough. I would also like to mention Andrew Scoffins who again, is an excellent ambassador and my thanks goes to Andrew for making the sale possible in the first place. Both Sue and Andrew have been a pleasure to deal with and Leaders should be proud to have these individuals representing them. From rentals to sales, I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Leaders.

Great experience from Jo and the rest of the team while dealing with a change of tenants and some property redecoration.

Charlotte Brassington, Property manager is very helpful and deals with an issue very quickly. I am a tenant and I’ve been having an urgent issue since last evening. I reported the issue online early this morning, and then called Leaders as soon as Leaders office opens. Charlotte received my call and dealt with my issue. One hour after I talked with her, the issue has been solved. I really appreciate her quick response. Thank you very much, Charlotte!
