Leaders - Cheltenham Anmeldelser

Natalie is an outstanding property manager. She is prompt, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable. As a first-time landlord, having someone so reliable in my corner makes all the difference. She handles issues swiftly and has provided invaluable, honest advice on my remortgage options. Highly recommended!

I have been a landlord with leaders for many years and have found them very efficient, and
my property manager Natalie is always efficient helpful and friendly, and always a pleasure to talk to.

I have found the team at Leaders Cheltenham hugely helpful at every stage of my letting the house in which was for me a difficult time.
Natalie looks after everything efficiently and is always very pleasant and cheerful

Great team at Cheltenham branch, all extremely helpful. Eloise worked so hard to get everything done on time. Thanks everyone!
Helen.

I am very impressed by the Leaders’ Cheltenham branch, in particular, Ms Katie Vince, for her commitment to solve client issue. While I was unable to reach their property management team during the weekend, Katie took the ownership to follow up the issue between the landlord and the tenant and swiftly resolved. She is definitely a great asset for the company.

I had a really positive experience with Ruby she was friendly professional and helpful made the process stress free .

If you’re a landlord considering Cheltenham Peter Ball/Leaders as your letting agent, it’s important to be aware of the termination fee outlined in their Terms of Business. Many other local agents do not charge such fees, which can make it expensive to switch if you become dissatisfied with the service.

In my experience, the Management Service was disappointing, with a consistent lack of support and a failure to meet the standards set out in their own contract. This can leave landlords feeling stuck, as moving to a more reliable and competent agent will come with a significant financial penalty.

Despite being a landlord for 12 years, I transferred to Peter Ball/Leaders in 2023. Over the following two years, I found that attempts to work with both the lettings team and their complaints procedure were frustrating. Issues raised by myself or my tenants were often ignored or dismissed, and the complaints team frequently contradicted each other at different stages of the process.

Overall, the experience was stressful and poorly managed, and it ultimately led me to sell my rental properties.

Leaders are professionals and fair. They put their tenants first, ensuring you feel home away from home. The system they use is a little challenging if you are not used to digital communication services.

I’ve struggled with finding a property for a while , but Leaders have been nothing but helpful. Katie has been an absolute delight and nothing but helpful , quick with any response and had set nearly everything up for us in a day. Jamie showed us around the place and even took it upon himself to speed up the process when he knew Katie was in meetings for the day. So greatful for these two.

The team at Leaders were so friendly and helpful! I ran in with an urgent and random request to use their printer and they immediately responded with an “of course!”.

I had also viewed a flat in the past they had listed and they were pleasant and professional.

Highly recommend!

I was shopping around as to who will manage my property until I have decided to go with Leaders because of KATIE who has been there being so helpful and so professional with all my enquiries. I think what helped me decide is KATIE's strategy on checking on me from time to time and offer her time and if she could be of help? I just felt I was not alone especially being a first time landlord.
She definitely is a gem to the company she is in. Well done Kate 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a Landlord you want genuine, honest feedback about your property, and the local market at the time you are looking for new tenants. For many years I have always found Katie Vince of Leaders, Cheltenham to be very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and positive. She always seems to be very good at matching up the right tenants for my property. Thanks Katie.

Alfie was a great help with helping us search for our new property.

Initially was very unsure on many things but Alfie answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable, made us feel like we were in very safe hands.
Was also very well mannered and spoke really politely.

We were a bit dubious about returning to Leaders .
So we schedule a meeting with Senior Letting Consultant , Katie .
We were pleasantly surprised, that she was knowledgeable about our previous experience.
Katie had obviously anticipated our concerns , and reassured us .
We are regularly updated, and she has been quick to respond to our questions.

Huge praise for Alfie.
When we enquired about a rental property he spotted the urgency in our situation and from that moment he steered us expertly through the application process.
As he was always quick to move us to the next stage, or answer any queries we had, we had total confidence that we were in safe hands.
He is always polite and engaging, and his efficiency was the calming influence we needed.
Thank you Alfie.

Katie was very helpful in dealing with my enquiry - great service and Thanks

Fantastic customer service!! Very down to earth and it doesn't feel like you're being sold something- just a natural progression of decisions and it's brilliant (Katie specifically)
