Solutions were found to problems and staff other than our Property Manager were extremely helpful and pro-active. The all-round service provided meant I could rest assured any issues would be handled well.

APPALLING! Landlords nightmare.
Total lack of communication, you have to chase Head Office to get staff to respond promptly to any queries. Limited recourse regarding damage done to the flat by tenant.
