Overall the experience was positive and we were satisfied with the outcome
Overall the experience was positive and Molly especially was communicative and very helpful throughout. There are improvements as a business in terms of communication that could be improved, mainly around the communications between departments and making the experience as easy and transparent as possible for landlords.

Exceptional service from Shuk
Exceptional service from Shuk.
As a Landlord with many properties, I was impressed with Shuk's ability to make me feel like a valued landlord and not just the next customer walking through the door.
With a portfolio of properties around Bromley and Orpington, I will be slowly bringing them over to Leaders, it's not easy to find an agent you can trust, and I feel I have found this now, thanks to Shuk. Thank you!

Great experience.
I enquired about a property and Lillie got in touch with me within the hour (which is unheard of when I have contacted estate agents before).
Regrettably the property went under offer the day of my viewing, but Lillie again let me know with lots of notice.
She then helped me with another query even though she didnt really have too.
If her bosses read this, she is a credit to your firm.

Although we haven't booked through them yet, Lillie Blackabee was incredible with her service to us throughout our rental hunt. It felt like we were getting such a personal service with her and had a team behind us along the way. Couldn't recommend this company enough if all the agents are like her!

Wonderful experience in viewing
This review is for Ms Lillie who was really wonderful in our viewing process of the property. The main thing is her follow up and taking feedback. By profession I am from sales background and really think she can take this next level. Thanks a lot for the support. Keep up the good work
