Leaders - Bognor Regis Anmeldelser

Amazing uncomplicated great people

Callum was great through the moving process. Kept us well informed and always felt reassured he was doing everything he could to help us in what sometimes can be a difficult market.

From a beginning we have very good experience with Leaders. Always very helpful

Feel comfortable and at ease

I have been renting an apartment through this agency for over four years, and I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with their services. Throughout this time, the communication has always been clear, professional, and friendly. Any issues or questions were handled quickly and efficiently. The agency has proven to be reliable and supportive, making the rental process smooth and stress-free. Their long-term commitment to tenants really shows. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional housing agency.

Good helpful company
Withe excellent communication skills and always helpful

They helped me fill out all the paperwork and forms. They repaired my faucet in one day; at another agency, I had to wait weeks.

Helpful and understanding but need more support with mold on walls and a broken window in bedroom still needs to be fixed been over a year

I had a positive experience with Leaders. My renting journey was very smooth. Deepali, who is an agent, was very helpful and supportive. She guided me at every step. Overall, it was amazing.

Wow what a move so fast so quick no faffing defo recommend leaders bognor Regis best in the town not like sims Williams utter tripe 👍🆗😜

great team, a lot of care goes into preparing properties for listings, making sure the customer expereince is felt throughout the process, i always feel confident with them and feel they offer a transparent and thorough offering.

Our grateful thanks to the Bognor Office Lettings Team for the smooth change of tenancy transition, all concerns reassuringly dealt with in a friendly and professional way. We had dealings with many members of the Team but a special mention to Betty and Rosie thank you.

I approached Leaders to conduct some rental valuations, the communication was great, schedules were put in place and executed seamlessly. Leaders were accommodating and sensitive and respectful to the needs of our tenants.
A big thank you to you all.

The Lettings department at Bognor Regis were very efficient, and extremely helpful. They were always polite and responded to emails quickly.

Absolutely useless letting agent avoid at all costs Bognor and Chichester offices
Especially the property management
They offered me a stress free service 😞😞 found a tenant who they had to juggle her finances to get her through credit ratings then she obviously couldn’t afford to pay !!! Then I’m left with the stress of getting her out of my property with no help from them
Staff useless from top to bottom
Please please avoid

Not even had the decency of a reply
so will be contacting the chairman of the company that owns leaders Romans platinum equity Mr Tom Gores at his Beverly hill address

Taylor was Excellent throughout my purchase. She went out of her way to accommodate viewings and check ins during a long and complicated purchase process. She always listened to questions and concerns and raised these to the appropriate stakeholder eloquently and timely.

Shawn at the bognor regies branch was excellent. Very professional.

Ignore this company. At least in Bognor Regis and Chichester down in Sussex.
They refund the deposit back whenever they want. No respect to the rules or their word.
Their customer care team has the same attitude as the property managers. Just empty words.
They can't get a "sorry" word out of their mouth.
They will fix your property only after they will hear the magic words "health and safety".
Please don't use their services.

The whole experience was awful. Staff were rude, argumentative and generally incompetent. We weren't notified about viewings, the left didn't know what the right was doing but this i mean one employee would tell you you've had 2 offers another would say none, they told us viewings went ahead when we could clearly see on ring doorbell footage that they hadn't. I didn't hear from them again after the initial part of the sale was accepted, I had to chase them regarding whet happens with keys etc on moving date. The list could go on and on!!

Leaders have been excellent all round. Thank you!
