Leaders - Beckenham Anmeldelser

I had a really great experience with leaders, in particular with Harrison. He was great throughout and explained everything in depth.

Great service from Harrison Barnes . He kept me well informed about everything and paid attention to the finer details.

Amazing Beckenham Team!

I had a terrible experience selling my property due to unreasonable behaviour from the purchaser and their lawyer. There was a total lack of management of the process by my instructed estate agent. I was in a chain where Rizwan Ali (Riz) from Leaders was the agent for the asset I was purchasing. Without his professionalism, calm and kind demeanour and persistence, the sale would simply have collapsed. I built a great rapport with him and Adrian and I am forever indebted to them for helping me get this sale and purchase across the line. I would fully recommend them to anyone selling and I would hire them for my own sales in a heartbeat.

We approached Leaders, Beckenham branch, to sell our flat in July 2024. I was very impressed with the service and support given by Rizwan Ali. Riz was amazing supporting us through the process, regularly keeping us updated and going above and beyond to make it happen.

I rang the office in Beckenham and have the pleasure of speaking with one of the most knowledgeable, professional and experienced staff Molly Lucking who assisted my in finding my rental home. She took the time to listen to my requirements and provided me with additional information that would make my enquiries easier. Just wow! I’m definitely happy that I got her! I have rang other estate agents and they appears to have a rushed response and come across rude, aggressive and disrespectful. Thank God there’s pleasant people still around. Thank you Molly!! I hope you get a promotion or bonus for your professionalism and dedication in making sure I’m happy and satisfied with my enquiries! This is by far my easiest five stars…..Well done Molly💓

Adrian at the Leaders Beckenham was a massive help during my recent flat purchase. He responded quickly to requests and helped speed things along. Huge thanks!

Adrian and his team handled my transition from a long-term tenant to a property owner with utmost care and diligence. I wholeheartedly recommend both Leaders Sales and Leaders Lettings.

Rizwan was a joy to deal with, always on point and giving us updates swiftly. We hope to use his services when we sell our other flat which you are currently letting out for us. He's a very helpful young man and a credit to Leaders.

All the staff are very helpful with great work ethics and.proffesionalism Molly in particular.

A huge thank you to Molly our lettings agent! From start to finish she was professional and understandable. Incredibly responsive knowledgeable throughout the whole process! The process has helped us secure a new home quickly and efficiently!
Thank you Molly.

The team of my local branch were excellent in every way from the first visit to the final Exchange and Completion. Why would I recommend them?
Professional, knowledgeable about the market and procedures involved and quick to get back with advice. Above all, a sense of humour - absolutely vital in the stressful world of selling a property.

We had an amazing experience with Leaders specially with Molly. From the start of our search to the final move day! Molly was so helpful, responsive, and attentive to our needs. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Thank you, Molly and team, for your exceptional support!

Outstanding service from Rizwan Ali he went far beyond his duties.
Very polite and understanding worked very hard to get my flat off the market and sold, he worked harder than the solicitors.
If I could I would give him 10 Stars.
Outstanding performance.
Thank you

I have recently moved to a lovely flat by Beckenham Place Park. There were a few complications with the purchase and Adrian and Riz from the Leaders Beckenham branch were very helpful opening up communication with the seller and freeholder and getting the purchase pushed through.

Leaders have let my property and then sold it over a period of 4 years. They have been consistently helpful, knowledgable and supportive and I would highly recommend them as an Estate Agent. In particular, Adrian Burch at the Beckenham Branch has been brilliant in the recent sale of my flat. He's a highly experienced agent who takes you through each step of what can be a very stressful experience, making it a lot easier!

What can I say, Rizwan Ali was amazing, took care of everything well, and kept us updated. I felt like he cared for us and was a genuinely nice person. Thank you so much for all your hard work, I hope that you will be rewarded by your company for the amazing work that you are doing.

Thanks to the team at Leaders Beckenham, Adrian and Riz, for helping to find and purchase my new home. I've just moved in and grateful for their support throughout the process and making sure it all went smoothly.

Adrian at Leaders was helpful, prompt to reply and skilled in dealing with all aspects of the sale. I highly recommend him, I had a really good experience of Leaders.

Worst ever estate agency! Took our deposit back so how much We earn to rent a property and good to go, but after two weeks apparently online hub decline to rent from them as We not earn enough to pay rent! What !!??? Then We wait 3 weeks after 1emails and calls , they return our deposit ! Never ever use them agin!!

Selling my flat couldn’t have been easier and hassle free. Adrian Burch from the Beckenham branch was most helpful and always ready to answer questions and give advice which meant that a buyer was found quickly. Lily Francis was always charming and a pleasure to contact. Both were most professional and I felt very comfortable working with them from beginning to completion.
