I used Leadenhall Law group to sell my flat and for my ongoing purchase. The initial solicitor assigned to my case was Nasreen Ahmed, who really was not very good; slow to respond, did the bare minimum and was frustrating to work with - I had to constantly chase and basically suggest other ways to try and get in touch with people who wern't responding to her when she was requesting various things. She left Leadenhall Law group half way through my conveyancing which probably explained her 'computer-says-no' attitude, and the case was handed over to Annum Khan - who was worlds apart. From hereon in everything was taken care of, she was proactive, on the ball and understood the assignment. She'd update me as we progressed through the conveyancing and was responsive and generally great at the whole project-management side of it. Can't recommend her enough, if Annum is assigned to your case, you're in safe hands.

I used the Group to to sell and apartment in London and I highly recommend them. They were very responsive and extremely professional.

There is a clear lack of professionalism throughout the process. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and emails are responded to a day later, if at all. Communication feels generic and impersonal at times it genuinely seems like the replies are AI-generated.

Overall, an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

My experience with the Leadenhall Law Group was excellent, and I would like to thank Sajitha and Nabil in particular for all of their help during the sale of my house. Their prompt action and expert knowledge were outstanding from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with real confidence. What made the process even smoother was the accessibility of their online service - I was updated every time the case progressed, even in small ways, and this turned a stressful process into a genuinely manageable one.

Things seemed to start off well with Leadenhall law. However as time progressed the customer service experienced was awful and made our house selling and purchase process even more stressful than moving house already is.
The amount of work and chasing we had to do as customers was not acceptable , nothing got done and things were just held up unless you are constantly on their case (more than usual with solicitors) With this being said, once the firm / team recognise your number, they will ignore your calls and not answer your phone calls. ( I know this because I would call a few times from my number, and get no answer - I would then call from a different number, and low and behold, the call was answered straight away)
Extremely disappointed with the service received , I will never forget how much more stressful Leadenhall made this experience and I would never recommend, or use them again.

No one answered or came back to me.

I called the Norwich office three times over a week to get a house quote. It just rang out, I wonder if anyone works in the Norwich office.

A friend had said they were ok, so thought I would keep trying.

I thought I would try the online form on their website, filled it in and sent my request, no reply, did it once more.

That was over two weeks ago, and still nothing, for a big company, it makes you wonder if there is anyone there.

Really poor and completely ignored me for a quote, can only imagine what they will be like if they were actually doing my transactions!

Extremely professional and efficient. I am a first time buyer and Johnny Sherrington and Georgia Nottage were fantastic. They guided me through the process, provided regular updates and were extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt recommend them enough.

Alpa and Delke were a fast and responsive conveyancing team. Initial contact was with Alpa, then majority with Delke. The buyer's solicitor contributed to the process being drawn out and stressful. Delke was highly professional and helpful throughout. She was patient, yet persistent and thorough and always friendly and understanding when I needed to vent my frustration! She is an asset to the company.

Only a couple of things I wasn't happy with - lack of clarity/transparency over a couple of the charges and had to wait two days to receive the money I was due from my sale from the accounts team.

Jacob Clarke was excellent. Very responsive and in control.

Sajitha was so responsive and the whole process was as straightforward as possible

I engaged Leadenhall to represent me in the sale of a property, following a recommendation from the estate agent. Unfortunately, I now greatly regret that decision. The lead conveyancer, Michael McNally, demonstrated a lack of professionalism—initially ignoring my emails and later responding with personal reasons for the delay, citing that he was assisting his mother following a hip replacement.

Although the sale was completed in August last year and Leadenhall marked the matter as 100% complete on their tracker, this is not the case. Fourteen months later, I still have not received the Share Certificate for the property. Despite numerous follow-ups, responses from Leadenhall have been slow, inconsistent, or entirely absent.

At this point, I have lost all confidence in Leadenhall’s ability to manage this matter competently. They have consistently failed to take accountability or any meaningful action to resolve the outstanding issue and bring the process to a proper conclusion
