The very beginning of my coming to lead techs world computer institute, ikorodu has been the best. From the teaching of the teachers and to the students. I enrolled as a Digital marketing student and from that point forward I have been getting a charge out of every day. I became more acquainted with through the banner outside the structure and the structure has an appropriate and agreeable spot for learning and reproductivity. Regularly we do pragmatic tests to improve our learning and digestion.

Our experience with Lead Tech has been fabulous. We have had some great leads, which we have converted to new business and have taken on some lovely new clients. Lead tech is very professional and are always on hand to deal with any queries we may have. They have a great replacement policy in place for leads that do not qualify for our criteria. I am looking forward to our continued partnership and growing our business.

Having used Lead Tech and others like them for more than 10 years, I now only use Lead Tech. Yes there are lots of leads you pay for that really don't want advice, but you just have to accept that's how this works.

There's a very clear and straightforward process for rejecting leads (so they get replaced for no extra cost), for example, if they are for mortgages, DB transfers (assuming you don't want these), from Micky Mouse or the number is incorrect.

I’ve enjoyed a very successful relationship with Lead Tech over the past 24 months.

The quality of leads provided have resulted in us obtaining new clients and increasing our Funds Under Management.

You won’t convert every lead but if you’re proactive in your activity then you should see a good return on your investment.

I looked to use this provider for financial services lead generation as they are authorised by the FCA. This resulted in a HUGE bill with NO tangible client contacts at all. Look for other alternatives. Very Poor experience. The present method of them actually contacting and booking in leads via websites is poor in the extreme. These contacts are then billed to you without you having spoken to them etc or the contact having any real commitment to even needing any advice whatsoever. Totally unsatisfactory; I feel this was a total waste of money. My previous experience of them was far better than now.

I have been with LeadTech since 2018 and unfortunately decided to cancel our business agreement this year.

Their service started off well but has deteriorated beyond recognition during this period.

My lead proposition was changed without notice 3 times, which also included sizeable price increases.

However, my main issue is with how they generate many of their leads, using underhand tactics and misleading websites to lure customers in. We would regularly call clients and be told that they were not aware they were to be contacted by an adviser, as the website makes no mention of this and pretends to offer calculators / figures for people once they put their pension figures in! I asked LeadTech to stop doing this and to update their site to make it clear all customers would be agreeing to be contacted by an IFA if they put in their details, to which LeadTech refused.

Sprinkle in the extremely poor customer service - account managers don't have a clue about the advice industry - and the deteriorating quality of leads and there is no reason to use this company. You can find alternative lead generator firms that are far better than LeadTech. The operation seems extremely bloated now, probably have too many staff doing very little and have gotten too big for their own good.

I have now been waiting 1 hour and 23 minutes for anyone at this company to pick up the phone. Being kept on hold for this length of time is not acceptable and is disrespectful to customers. My advice is Use Someone Else. They have lost my business before I have even had a chance to talk to them and I am looking for assistance in investing a large sum of money

Leadtech take great pride and attention to detail with the service they offer. I have been using them for many years and seen how they have evolved. It is important to me to have a good relationship manager and Abigail has been excellent. The leads that are received are consistently good due to the fact that they are continually taking feedback and always looking to improve.

Provided a consistent stream of leads throughout lockdown. Over 50% of the leads will not provide opportunities, but they are very upfront about this when you sign up. Every now and then you will receive a larger case so you have to be ready to take the opportunity when it presents itself.

I have used lead tech for one month, this has really helped me to elevate my business and made me take the leap into self employment

We as a practice have been using Lead Tech for 12 months and have found them easy to deal with. Although the lead quality is variable our conversion rate is around 30% and has resulted in significant business. Reject criteria is clear and concise and individual queries can be picked up with the account manager

Whilst its not the cheapest, you certainly get what you pay for; unlike other lead generators in the game.

Would highly recommend.

I had used LeadTech for three months and I would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this.

The quality of leads is shocking!
The company promised that they will provide leads for financial planning (investments, pension etc) but the calls I received were from people struggling financially and wanting to know how to manage their debt situation. They are more like 'citizens advisory bureau' type of calls where people are desperate for an advise on how to get benefit and how to manage their debt. I wasted lot of money and eventually did not manage to sign up a single business from the leads provided by LeadTech.

Will never ever use them and urge other IFAs to refrain from using this company. It is total waste of time and money.

I phoned up to inquire about their service and for some reason the receptionist had a problem with my accent and didn't believe I do business here in the UK. I guess they won't be getting my business.
