I recently took part in a phlebotomy training course in Birmingham, and it was a really enjoyable and valuable experience. At first, I expected it to be quite boring and thought I might even feel sleepy, but that wasn’t the case at all. The instructor made the sessions engaging and interesting, explaining everything clearly so that everyone could understand.

Even when we made mistakes, he never criticised us; instead, he supported and guided us to make sure we got everything right. I’m really glad I took this course, and I’m now looking forward to enrolling in the advanced phlebotomy training.

Mike was an excellent teacher, and I truly wish he could also teach the advanced course in Birmingham.

I loved the way,the modules were set out,and having mock tests along the way, really helped me
I feel that the mock tests should have more questions to be answered though
