I got the Soho bag and really happy with it. For being under €300, the quality of bag, dustbag and box are really good. Lisa from the company also very helpful when there was a slight shipping issue. Great customer service, I’m eyeing the Thais bag next!

I love the bag but, the constant ads on social media after I purchased it, made me feel like it's lower quality than I thought when I bought it. I found it on Google initially. I have been bombarded with ads after the fact. Too many ads cheapen the brand. I was happy with the quality once it arrived but, the ads are awful and cheesy.

Ordering was easy, arrived much more quickly than I expected. The quality and design exceeded my expectations. Overall I am very pleased with my entire experience.

I ordered a purse and returned it in the middle of August and I still have not gotten a refund from this company. It is now almost the end of November. I did like they asked, sent them an email of the tracking number. It is in italy, in customs. So basically they want me to track down customs, even though it is in Italy to find out why they have not returned the purse to the company. I am a customer not an employee. I also had to pay sixty dollars for return shipping. Such low morale and disrespectful customer service. I am taking them to small claims court. I shop online all the time, and this has never happened in my life. Beware!

It looks just like the photo.

I thought the speed of delivery, the packaging and presentation, and the quality of the bag were amazing. However, I accidentally ordered 2 bags, the exact same bag, and although I tried to stop the second order, there is no process to do this. I shipped the 2nd bag back to Italy to return. It was a very costly mistake on my part. I wish there were easier returns and also, a way to send an alert not to fulfill an order if done within a few hours. This seems like a reasonable process to implement.

I bought those pocketbook for my wife and she's very happy about the quality.

I ordered the Atlanta in nude and it’s a wonderfully chic purse. The leather is buttery soft, the color is perfection and the size is just perfect for daywear.

Very good quality bags and very nice communication in case you have any questions :) I have 3 bags, one is 5+ years old, and still looks like totally new one.
