I rarely write reviews, however a sauna is a big expense and i can say that Terry and Layzee Living are the best. I bought a six seater barrel sauna from Layzee Living. They built the sauna for us and managed the process impeccably and the after care has been exceptional, and this is what makes the service great. Anyone can be good when they want your money but the aftercare shows true trusted partners and Layzee Living are that. Thank you Terry

I really messed up ordering a garden bench seat, and Lazee Living customer service were so helpful and accommodating after my mistake. The product arrived at the time they stipulated and I'm very pleased with it.

Before purchase, the sale was easy with helpful staff.
We had two very helpful delivery drivers who helped set up the tub.
On first inspection of the tub, all looked good until we noticed a “Woodpecker” logo/badge & not a “Layzee Living” badge on the tub. Obviously I went straight to Google to research Woodpecker.
I spoke to Layzee Living about the Woodpecker Badge, to be told that Woodpecker & Layzee Living tubs are made in the same factory!
It appears that, ‘after production checks’ failed to notice the simple mistake of the incorrect logo! The tub must have come straight from the factory to me & not via checks at Layzee Living! I was told it was a factory error.
On further research it appears Woodpecker tubs (made in the same factory) are cheaper than Layzee Living. I did a detailed order with Woodpecker, with all the upgrades that I ordered with Layzee Living right up to inputting my credit card details & even with £100 delivery cost it was £500 cheaper.
We then filled & lit the hot tub using the hot tubs instructions. The tub took 3.5 hours to heat to 32 degrees which surprised us as we read that tubs with upgraded heaters, heated quicker. This made us look at the burner further as we paid for an upgraded 316 burner (different composition of metal to resist bromine damage). We checked serial numbers inside the burner to check if it is the upgraded 316 but we need info from manufacturers to determine the metal as the burners look the same. We are concerned because if a simple logo check was not performed, what if the factory missed the burner upgrade too (we are aiming to use some bromine in the water so must have the upgraded burner, so we paid extra).
We also did a magnetic test as 316 metal composition should not be magnetic & ours is, which concerned us further.
We have requested some details from Layzee Living about some paperwork from the manufacturer to give us confidence that we have the correct burnet but Layzee Living is unable to provide this & have asked us to ‘just trust them as it’s under warranty.’ My concern is that any damage that occurs to the burner from bromine use may not occur in this year’s warranty & why can’t we be provided with this simple solution.
The tubs hydro, air bubbles & LED lights worked well hence 3 stars.
I hope this honest review helps others make an informed decision as where to buy their tubs from.

From start to finish everything ran smoothly without any hiccups.
The fitters were 2 of the hardest workers I have met, 2 days working none stop to achieve the beautiful set up at the bottom of my garden. The fitters who I presume are contractors were a credit to themselves and a credit to Layzee Living.
Great price and great service all around wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a sauna or hot tub or even both like we did.

Bought a barrel sauna from Layzee Living, we had such a great experience, they were very helpful when we were asking far too many questions whilst deciding what spec to purchase, they answered all of them very quickly on the chat system. Was only a 5 week delivery time and then their guy Erni built it for us and he was amazing also! Love our new sauna and couldn't be happier, thank you

Quality of the wood is the best I have found
Ordered wood fired 220cm sauna.
Good points quality of the product and the wood fire works well.
Bad points when asked to provide details of the base so I could get the hard standing right they sent details for a 160cm sauna so information was incorrect.
Delivery time was well outside the 4 to 6 weeks quoted and was finally delivered into the 9 th week after writing a firm email.
Assembly drawings sent was for a 160cm sauna and internal layout details differed greatly.
No detailed information on how to install the wood burner into this specific sauna.
To sum up great product however delivery time and lack of assembly details let the customer experience down badly.
Just installed 'LayzeeDeck, Chunky Timber Decking Kit, Various Sizes, Quality Redwood Timber, Complete Kit' for a customer - shocked to discover they paid £765 for materials that would have been under £300 from my local timber merchant! Framing timber not class 4 treated, so not suitable for ground contact, and several framing timbers were warped which is not ideal for a deck base. Weed control fabric is the thinnest rubbish on the market!
Definitely would not recommend this product - I can only assume that anyone who does, has no experience of what good quality materials look like...
The ratan set I ordered looks solid and comfortable, I can honestly recommend it. Unfortunately, the company is not the most honest. I ordered my rattan set on May 4, and I must admit that the information about the free cover caught my attention. Unfortunately, I didn't receive one. Today is May 15, I asked why I had not received the cover, the answer was that they were no longer in stock and that the information about the free cover was no longer on the website. Immediately after receiving the answer, I checked the website and yes, the eye-catching red information had disappeared from the website, but a few lines further down there is information about a free cover. I understand that no one in the company knows whether the covers are still available? if the information is still on the website for 11 consecutive days after my order for which I have not received the cover, it only means that either the customer is being deliberately deceived or that no one in this company knows anything?
Bought a garden set which was delivered perfectly, on time, packaged well. Great comms. Would highly recommend
Beautiful products, terrible customer service.
We spent nearly £15,000 with Layzee Living, ordering a sauna, hot tub and plunge pool for a dream spa area in our garden. We paid extra to have the sauna built as we're limited on time. The team at Layzee Living were very quick to take our order and money, and all seemed to be going well.
Upon delivery however, the sauna and hot tub turned up on a car trailer 2 hours late, with 2 teenagers driving, and looking very surprised when I told them I didn't have a forklift at home to unload it...
After a very unhelpful couple of weeks trying to organise redelivery, we ended up paying over £500 for a Hiab lorry to go and collect the items from Lazyee Living and drop them to our house.
We subsequently found a couple of items broken and parts missing, and suddenly the email responses because once every couple of weeks.
Their angle was 'we are a manufacturing company, not a logistics company'. Unfortunately, we are all in the business of customer service, and this company has none after they've taken your money.
The only reason it's not a 1 star review is the products themselves are lovely. I would highly recommend buying them, but find a different supplier.
Purchased the 5ft 5" hexagon pond which was extremely easy to construct, unfortunately there was a slight issue with the liner as part of the seam had split. I contacted them via Email on 22/10/23 and received a reply the next day confirming I would receive a replacement liner within a couple of days.

Ordered a pond last summer
My worse customer experience ever.
After paying our money we received no delivery date after 4 weeks we rang to find out where our pond was and they said or will be with you in a couple of days . Item did not arrive. 5 promised later pond still did not arrive so I asked for my money back. I decided to look on eBay and found someone selling the same pond only cheaper so I emailed them and asked how long delivery was ?the guy got back to me saying you already have a order with layzee living . I asked him how he knew about my order and he rudley told me because I make them and thought it very funny that he had all my details including my phone number . After complaining to lazyee living they first tried to tell me he never knew the seller on eBay and denied giving my details out . I could go on as I have kept all my interaction with Terry so if you wish to challenge this please go ahead make my day .
Finally got my money back after 30 days and received a email from layzee living to say the pond that I never saw returned back to them in bits and blamed the delivery company . Stay away from these guys look elsewhere ...
You have asked for proof of 3 years later so here is a copy of the cancellation .

We apologise that we were not able to fulfil your order, it transpires that your pond was damaged in transit which is why it was not delivered to you and it has been returned to us all beaten up, we just can’t find a carrier who is able to deliver on time and treat the goods with care.
We have already cancelled your order and instigated a refund which will take up to 7 days to appear in your bank, this part is out of our hands.
