Amazing staff to help navigate the sometimes confusing and wonderful world of fountain pens and bottled inks. Brent is amazing and helped me numerous times to wonderful writing instruments and ink. Sonia fulfills the online orders and it is such a pleasure to get her handwritten notes. I was able to find a beautiful pen to gift to a dear former teacher and was very pleased with the package I received in a timely manner! My only regret was that many of thr selections I liked seemed to be sold out and I was in a rush to get a gift so could not reach out to the store about when they would become available again... Nonetheless, I would definitely return to this store for future gift ideas!!
