Had some errors with my bank. Laybyland assistant Mel was ever so patient and manually put the payment through several times. Didn't have the same tablet but even better. I recieved an update newer version and almost $80 price difference refund. Recieved it within 2 days. Couldn't believe how fast the delivery was A++++ I recommend. Great service and excellent communication. Good experience all round

I have purchased over 25 items with Laybuy over the course of five years. I love this company; you can buy what you want without paying the full amount at once. Yes, you do pay a little extra for the items, but it's all good. Also, when I need to cancel an order, they are easy to contact via email. I always deal with Melissa, and she is always so helpful, cancelling items or providing information on the whereabouts of items I am waiting for. When waiting for a refund, it is a 21-day wait, and I always receive the money in PayPal or back into my bank account. I fully recommend this company.

Worst experience ever. Cancelled a layby within the 21 days etc. it took a month to get a refund only because I threatened to go further up the chain in command. Promised refund after 14 working and nothing so i kept messaging everyday until I threatened then finally after I kept harassing them for a week and the lady kept saying it’s coming I finally got a response there’s a delay in funds and I said can I speak to your supervisor exactly a month after I cancelled the money was refunded immediately after I said this. Never again they are a scam artist

They cancel your orders then dont refund.
Beware of this business, please shop around and do your research. look up court listings against the owner.

easy to buy things you can not afford to pay outright and you got 12 months to pay it which helps when your on the pension. cant understand why there is so many bad reviews , yes the prices are a bit more expensive and take a month to arrive but they are a good company my parcel arrived safe and i got no complaint's l use laybyland again in the future A++++++++++++++++++

DONT GO THROUGH LAYBYLAND!!!!! If I could rate -5 I would. This is a scammer company! No phone to contact them and then when I did contact them via email mellissa contacted me and when I said I want to cancel and want a refund she ghosted me (wish I could show you guys the screenshots). Due to unethical and unprofessional and the fact they are advertising a violet samsung S24ultra @1TB. After contacting Samsung directly they said that item doesn't exist we only go upto 512GB I knew I was being scammed!!!

UPDATE: I got a patronising email where Melissa patronised me and bullied me for my autism and abused me because I put a scam/fraud claim through PayPal I'm now sending all my screenshots to the ACCC,The ombudsman and tiktok. P.s I did get a full refund through PayPal immediately.

The assistance given over the phone is very good and never had a bad experience

Been great , so far 2 items that I’ve bought but one I haven’t received as of yet as its been a week

I’ve been using laybuy land for about 5 years, no issues at all, Melissa has always been great. Once they were out of stock and I just chose something else, not an issue at all.

I did not receive my refund & I have been getting ignored not very nice communication with that team, never will I use them again

You couldn't supply what I wanted after the sale was completed and then I have to wait 10 to 14 days to get a refund....yeah what a joke!

They take forever to ship a digital item plus when I requested a refund they said they couldn't refund me but I referred them to their terms and conditions then they charge me a hefty price for cancellation fee. And they haven't given me a receipt of refund this company used to be amazing but now it's not worth buying from them they are also the same company mylayby

No communication. I am still waiting on my item to be delivered after paying it off 2 months ago. No one seems to know what is going on. Hard to get in contact with them now you can't call them.

Never received my garden bed paid for it in full but it never arrived

Been waiting for my refund of $864 dollars it's been a month now. They been ignoring my email after they said money would be in 10 to 14 days. A new month has arrived and no refund. I should just report this company to the News Current Affairs.

My experience has been mainly positive but a couple of things I put on lay-by weren’t available by the time I paid the layby off. So I got refunded or a eBay voucher or a credit at laybyland. One I got refunded for and the other I chose a eBay voucher. Waiting for a layby I paid off at the moment. Haven’t received any notifications about it yet. Bit worried that they can’t get it.

Very happy with the service and products they have.
