It was a very fast
It was a very fast, and efficient experience. Amber helped me with this transaction, and I couldn't be happier. She helped me at a time when I needed help the most. I've been in and out of the hospital, Dr appointment after Dr appointment, procedure after procedure and found myself behind on all bills. Amber, and Legal-bay helped me keep the lights on in this time of need. I have no complaints, 5 stars all the way. And not just because they helped me financially when I needed it the most. 5 stars because of how helpful amber and the staff at legal bay were. I felt they actually cared about my problem, they showed concern, and they sped up the process for me. They helped me out when I needed it…
They helped me out when I needed it most. They also did not take advantage of me and lend me so much against my lawsuit, that when it settles I would get nothing. Others would have lent me more, but their fees would have taken the rest of my settlement. Their rates are great and actually below market rates. Staff was amazing and understanding and did not get annoyed with my many questions.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Lousy and incompetent.
Took a look at this company's website and it exclaims that they specialize in workers compensation cases in California. I received a text stating my application was accepted then I received an email stating that this company doesn't take WC cases and to contact them after 6 months and shortly after I receive another email stating the opposite again that I was going to be contacted by an agent. Make up your mind already. I cannot express how lousy the service is from this company.

Applied and received an email telling me that someone would contact me in a few hours and low and behold no one did when I called they told me they don't do workers comp cases in FL.
