Lawsons (Whetstone) Ltd - Ascot Anmeldelser

I would have given them a zero if I could
Very rude and insulting people
I went to buy a Trowel and I genuinely asked if they can do a little discount
He said I will give you a discount for sure and charged me the full amount and said it’s the best price to you, his colleague decided to join in and said ( Are you sure you allowed to give that much discount)
I paid and left the site and I will never go there again
I hope you guys had a good laugh after I left

Fantastic service rec'd from start to finish. Was a pleasure dealing with Lawson's in Ascot, thanks to Elliot Young and the delivery drivers. Good quality materials delivered and professional service received. Excellent experience.

Excellent customer service and great value

Lawsons Ascot has in Elliott the best customer counter staff I have experienced in years. He is courteous, very polite and professional with a smile on his face. I buy all my materials from Lawsons Ascot, because of Elliott. We have built up a fantastic working relationship over the years. Where I know he will give me a good price for what I am purchasing. It isn’t just the firm, but the people they employ. In Elliott they have one of the best and I recommend him continually. Of which others agree. A breath of fresh air, particularly in this day and age.

I’ve been in the fencing trade for 42 years, and I use several suppliers but find Lawsons always have the supplies I need, have good quality materials at competitive prices and a great delivery service. The customer service is excellent and a special mention must go to Elliot and Tom at the front counter for being friendly, polite and knowledgeable, especially considering their ages.

I'm a landscaper and use this local company for all my building supplies. Elliot especially is very switched on and very prompt. Thanks. Dan The Garden Alchemist

Speak to Elliot Great service very helpful if don’t have in stock will find the product for you well recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else

I just bought six closed board fence panels. Nails of them all ready rusted. Definitely not recommend them.

Just fantastic in every way. Price was 30% less for my fence panels than the high street DIY stores. Coupled with that, early opening and friendly advice and help loading the panels on to my car roof. Thanks will use you again

You have some good long term staff.
I've worked with Natasha for over 10 years and feel confident that she'll look after our interests.
