Lance was a pro, using the app was seamless, and I was working overtime the past several weeks so I super appreciate their help! I highly recommend Lance and Lawn Starter! Asked for a free quote and have been receiving text messages ever since. I've asked them to stop repeatedly. Called them and was hung up on. Horrible company, Horrible service, they will spam you to death. Still cant get them to stop. Abilene tx

Though my experience is limited to lawn mowing, for those who does not have the local connections, you connect trustful help providers which saves energy and time.

I'm so happy I found this website. Its very easy to navigate, the app is also very easy to use. I can set the dates in which I need yard mowed & they also do other work as well. They just come on the date you set, do the work. You can inspect work yourself, to insure its completed to how you wish. And payment comes out a few days later. Its absolutely brilliant.

I got home yesterday from work and my yard looks great! He cut it to the length I like!

I've used this company for YEARS because my rental property is an hour drive from my house. The contractors they use have been extremely incompetent.
Many would delay the service until the company finally replaced them. I've had to fire several of the contractors because of poor work.
The last contractor delayed the service until the company finally replaced them. Once the new contractor started, they automatically billed me $110 for one cut because the grass was tall. It literally takes 5 minutes to cut this property.
The delay to cut was not my fault, but the company has refused to cancel the extra fee so I had to dispute the charge and cancel them for good. It's just another company which feels they have the right to charge you whatever fee they feel appropriate even if it is their fault your property is not maintained.

Javan Lopez provides absolutely exceptional lawn service! He is incredibly punctual, professional, and pays meticulous attention to every detail from precise mowing to clean edging. I have used Lawstarters for 2 years and they have always done such a great job. Well this year is quite different. The 1st mowing was perfect. Then, unfortunately, we had a lot of rain. Then the Pro had to cancel due to illness. I had also requested that clippings be bagged. Since then my yard has been cut without using a bag behind the mower thereby leaving grass in my backyard that is lined by a rock border. I had reported this after the first incident and they gave me $20 off next service. Not acceptable. Now it has happened again!! I’m Done!!

I am extremely disappointed with LawnStarter. From the very beginning, they made promises they had no intention of keeping. I was given a quote for the work, only to find that the final cost did not reflect what was originally agreed upon. Honoring your word and your quoted price should be the bare minimum in any business, yet this company failed on both counts. At least give me the option to proceed or not.

Communication was poor, expectations were set and then ignored, and I was left feeling misled and frustrated. The quality of customer service was just as disappointing as the lack of accountability. When concerns were raised, there was little effort to make things right or honor the commitments that had been made.

A quote should mean something. Customers rely on the information provided to make informed decisions, and changing the terms after the fact is unprofessional and damages trust. Unfortunately, my experience was filled with broken promises, unexpected costs, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest lawn care services. There are plenty of companies that value integrity and stand behind their word. This is not one of them.

I never need to worry about the job being done great even though I do not greet or check up on the crew.

Very detailed work. Ricardo made the effort to get down in the dirt removing weeds from our flowerbeds. (The other company just weed whacked over them)
