Lawnstarter & Thumbtack are easy to navigate apps. The communication and messaging has been consistent and convenient, so far. The lawn has been looking great with every service. The project (job arrangement) has been a convenient experience so far. Not much effort has been required, from us. Communication has been the key.

The grass actually got cut.
Early on in the contract but finding Lawn Starter seems to make every effort to deliver the service promised. That is a big deal.
Less wonderful is being peppered with prompts to add services, ratings, and tips. I’m not against the offers but too much of a good thing is no longer good.

Michael does a great job
Michael does a great job! He is very careful and avoids doing any damage with his equipment. Sometimes my yard is too wet to mow and I have to skip. I live on the river and my yard is frequently flooded, mostly by high tides and heavy rains that saturate the soil. This results in turning my yard into a marsh. Michael is fast but thorough and trims along my fence and house.

Tyrone is superb
