Tavis and his helper always do a great job. The tree pruning made such a difference in the neatness of the yard.

I am writing to formally complain about the persistent and unauthorized actions of Lawn Starters. Despite never contracting for their services, my property has been subjected to unsolicited visits from various service providers dispatched by your company over the past two months.
We have repeatedly contacted Lawn Starters directly to cease these unrequested services. However, these attempts have been unsuccessful, leading to an escalating situation where individuals are attempting to access our property without permission. This has necessitated filing a police report for trespassing to prevent unauthorized entry and potential billing for services we never requested or authorized.
It appears Lawn Starters operates as a referral service, misrepresenting themselves as the direct service provider. This deceptive practice has resulted in unvetted and unhired individuals attempting to perform services at our residence. We possess a complete record of our numerous complaints to Lawn Starters, each met with assurances that the issue would be resolved, only for the unauthorized visits to continue.
This pattern of deception, disregard for customer consent, and irresponsible business practices is unacceptable. We demand an immediate and permanent cessation of all attempts to dispatch services to our property and any further communication regarding billing for uncontracted work.

Recently moved into a rental where the landlord was not taking care of yard. Looked for several companies to come and mow, edge and trim bushes. The gentleman that came, Gordon was great. I am a senior with mobility issues. Having the lawn mowing done was a great blessing. Reasonable price as well. Thank you so very much.

i am very disappointed in lawn starter connor broke a sprinkler head and said nothing i had a surgery and needed someone to cut my lawn a one time service now there seems to be a 3 cut minimum nothing about it when i booked it. very disappointed in their underhanded tactics
