I just got my house last year and James was the gentleman who got assigned to my home. The whole long love experience was so simple and easy. The app is amazing just to schedule anything to talk with my professional james. Anything I could want it's on there. Now let's get to James! He's fantastic. It does great work, in a good amount of time. He's always so kind and patient and helpful. I can't recommend it enough!

My lawn pro, Hamzah, did a great job on my lawn. However, I do not like how Lawn Love repeatedly changes my lawn pros throughout the season. That’s why I’m leaving a 4 star rating instead of 5. Do better, Lawn Love.

I have had 3 different pros assigned to me in a month. The second pro was supposed to come 3/31 and they simply didn't show up. It took 2 days to get a replacement. The replacement, Lawn Doctor, is excellent. They respond to my messages and my yard looks absolutely beautiful.
I have had several disappointing conversations with customer service. They talk and talk but say nothing. They are no help.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with your company. The only reason I haven't canceled your service is because I adore my current pro, Lawn Doctor. I want them to continue for me for the rest of the summer.

We have had Lawn Love service for several years now and are very pleased with the results. The yard looks great with the mowing, trimming and edging. Our guy Shane, shows dedication in showing up every week and gives us good communication about his arrival or if the weather will prevent him from coming. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs lawn service.

I love my lawn coordinator, Broderick! He is professional, friendly, and so efficient. He has mowed for me three times now and trimmed our bushes. He does exceptional work. Highly recommend Lawn Love. I like having one person to be in charge of our lawn. It's great!

Whenever he comes out to cut the lawn everything is done quickly and efficiently. He comes out on the day scheduled, something I've had trouble with in the past. I appreciate this kind of professionalism. When finished, the lawn always look great and everything is neat and tidy. I'm older now and have to pay for some things I used to be able to do myself and it's important to me that I get my money's worth. I do with his excellent service.
