What I love?
What I love? My lawn mower Shawn from SMG Lawncare. He does a wonderful job, and I've never had any complaints.
What I don't love? I've had to work my way through several service providers to get to Shawn. Some only did half the job (or less). No edging or cleanup as paid for. I had another who I caught setting off fireworks in my back yard. I'm not sure Lawn Love really vets their providers all that well.
Bottom line: Thank God for Shawn!

My lawn care professional, Jon, did an excellent job communicating his schedule as it rained for a few days. Once he finished his work I was just over the moon about his attention to detail and how fantastic my yard looks. So happy to have Jon and LawnLove as my lawn service pros this summer and beyond!

Company scam
I had a bi-weekly services with them for 1 of my property. Came back a month later to see my grass was over a feet long. Try to get a refund back from them for the last 2 services as it was clear that my lawn has not been cut for a month. Refund declined. Charge $65 twice for a total of $130. This is borderline fraud.

After some miscommunication
After some miscommunication, I received lawn care from Lucious, on May 30th. He did a very good job, and I hope he cares for the lawn in the future. He also blew off the back patio, where the previous worker had not done. He took great care and pride doing his job.

It’s hard to put into words just how…
It’s hard to put into words just how much Marcelino’s help has meant to me this past year. After recently losing my husband, even the everyday tasks can feel overwhelming—but Marcelino has truly been an incredible support during this time.
Of course, his lawn care work is excellent. My yard has never looked better—he’s meticulous with mowing, edging, and keeping everything neat and well-maintained. He’s also done a beautiful job with mulching, taking the time to make sure everything looks clean, polished, and thoughtfully done.
But what truly sets Marcelino apart is that he goes far beyond what’s expected. During some of the major snowstorms this year, he showed up to shovel my driveway and walkway without hesitation, making sure I was safe and able to get in and out of my home. That kind of thoughtfulness and reliability is rare.
More than just a lawn service provider, Marcelino has been an extra set of hands when I needed it most—and that has meant more to me than I can say. He is dependable, hardworking, and genuinely kind, and it shows in everything he does.
If you’re looking for someone who not only does great work but also truly cares, I cannot recommend Marcelino highly enough.

Lucious did such a great job on our lawn and bushes
Lucious did such a great job on our lawn as well as very overgrown bushes. We also had some very tall woody weeds that looked like trees - so much nicer now!
