Scam, did not send me my order through Walmart. Paid $200 for Jean Paul Gultier perfume and they won't update the tracking. Whenever I contact them they just say "we're investigating the issue" but it's been 2 weeks with zero updates on the "investigation". SCAM
Ordered Jan 31st it's now Feb 22nd with no updates.

Nach Eingang musste ich feststellen dass die Weste überhaupt nicht meiner Größe entsprach: viel zu klein, Kindergröße! Man hatte mir Rücksendung auf meine Kosten (ca. 40 €) - oder großzügig 15% des Kaufpreises angeboten.

Ich möchte euch alle warnen: KAUFT NICHTS in diesem Fake-Webshop! Sie verkaufen billige Produkte aus China!!!!! Die Produkte sehen überhaupt nicht wie auf den Fotos aus und sind von sehr schlechter Qualität – und ziemlich teuer. Wenn ihr mit dem Produkt nicht zufrieden seid und es zurückschicken wollt, müsst ihr dafür bezahlen. Das sind Lügner und Betrüger, und ich werde sie den Behörden melden.

DESASTROUS! I bought a pair of boots for €65. The shoes took ages to arrive. What they came, they didn't match the photo at all and smelled so strongly of toxic chemicals that I had to reseal the packaging immediately. When I asked about the supposed 30-day return policy, I was told 1. there's a charge for returns, 2. I'd have to send the shoes to their warehouse in China (!?), and 3. they'd refund me 10% of the purchase price if I disposed of them. I asked about the return procedure, but I didn't get an answer. Instead, the offer increased to 20%, then 40% of the purchase price. Seeing no other option, I accepted it, thus losing about €40. A complete rip-off!

Terrible Quality, Fabric, They show pictures from high end brands and send out Cheap Quality clothing, you can find something way better at 99 cent stores than this!! , I tried to return my order but no one answered

Do not buy from them. Extremely poor quality. Emailed customer service 3 times. No response. Chinese website pretending to be based in New York. Scam.

I was ordering from them 5 years , always very satisfied. But last order felt strange and lenses never arrived. Their customer service doesn’t react, Emails unanswered.. you can’t contact them in any way. Don’t know what had happened.

They are a Scam! I paid 33$ for contact lenses, they never delivered and they never refunded. I sent 100 emails asking for my refund as they never delivered my lenses and no reply until now. It's been 6 months.

The lenses were amazing, I bought the Hidrocor Ochre with prescription and it was perfect for my eyes. the customer service was also top-notch! 😄👍

Beautiful lenses my go to place for lenses! I have been ordering from levelle for a while now and they have never let me down.

I recently purchased contact lenses from Lavelle Lens, and I'm extremely pleased with my experience! The lenses were incredibly comfortable to wear throughout the day. The color of the lenses was stunning; it enhanced my eyes perfectly and looked very natural. My experience with Lavelle Lens was made even better by their customer service. they was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. Such a big worst company first they gave me wrong tracking number when i mail them they reply me after long time , even they did not put my contact number on parcel , my parcel went back to them i am msging them on insta but no reply at all. My money is waste , i dont know why i order from here.

My wife ordered contacts, wrong prescription sent, may have to take action on a higher level. We have contacted them so many times

Amazing service and absolutely love the lenses. I am amazed by the comfortability and colour and have been complimented so many times when wearing these and people have mistaken them for my real eyes. I couldn’t recommend these lenses and company enough. Once again Lavelle you have not let me down. Thank you so much

WORST company i've ever bought from online.

I ordered the Elegance Honey lenses but when i tried them on, to my surprise they are the Verona lenses, Which are a completely different colour to the brown lenses I ordered! I emailed that day explaining the situation but that was months ago and no one bothered to respond :( I needed lenses so I bought the Hidrocor Ocor lenses and this time the lens itself was RIPPED in the packet WHICH IS VERY DANGEROUS TO THE EYE.

I sent a message to lavelle lenses and THEY BLOCKED ME AND DIDNT EVEN APOLOGISE FOR SENDING ME THE WRONG LENSES AND DANGEROUSLY BROKEN LENSES. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. DISGUSTING.

VERY unprofessional. This is not how you run a business. This 'company' clearly don't care about their customers welfare. Beyond disappointed. Do not buy from here.
