Launa Windows Anmeldelser

Good communication throughout. Surveyor and fitter arrived on time. Cleaned up after installation. Nice door looks good now fitted. Would recommend.

Great service from ordering to installation, Mark our fitter was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Due to my mum passing away I could not go ahead with one window replacement-no window was made nor was a surveyor ever sent out yet they refused to refund my deposit due to my circumstances basically the response was the manger said no! No reply to my e mail asking what my deposit was spent on either something my solicitor will now be asking!

Mark was very helpful and considerate.

I purchased an orangery from Launa Windows Ltd, completed in March 2018, with a 10-year warranty through QANW / Warranty Services Ltd.

Since 2020, the orangery has developed a persistent leak. I have repeatedly contacted Launa Windows and QANW regarding inspection and repair but to date, I have received no written response or action to resolve the problem, leaving the warranty unfulfilled and the issue ongoing.

I am sharing this review to highlight the lack of response from both the installer and the warranty provider and to encourage them to address warranty claims properly.

Very efficient from start to end. Mark was clean and tidy too.

Thank you guys for super job of our new windows on 14/08/2025 in Willand. Terry & Bob is very friendly and worked quickly and with higher quality!
Top mans !!!

Launa windows gave the best advice from the initial contact and until the final completion .
The fitters Bob and Terry were great they were punctual polite tidy efficient .
They did an excellent job to the highest of standards.

Some initial confusion about who was ordering what and staying in contact w
ith me, which was frustrating. But Paul (the fitter) has pulled things back to a 5star review.
He was on time, knowledgeable about his craft, diligent, left literally no trace he had been. Thank you Paul
I’m really happy with my new front door 💙

Mark Y arrived on time, did a great job, left everything neat and tidy. I'm a widow so don't always feel comfortable with tradesmen but he was lovely, would certainly recommend them and use them again

All I can say is excellent, the Launa team from start to finish kept me updated on times and appointments and when they were going to be fitted I would definitely use the company again and recommend to friends and family thanks once again for a stress free installation,

The service we received from Luna Windows was flawless from start to finish. Our home had original 1970’s windows and doors that had never been replaced - so this upgrade carried considerable history and sentimental value. From the first consultation through to fitting, the entire process was handled with respect and professionalism.

Peter Bate took time to explain safety legislation and what to expect, the admin team made payment feel effortless, and Bob and Terry installed everything efficiently - even finishing early. They left our home spotless and were incredibly friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend Luna Windows to anyone needing new windows or doors.

Marc and Terry, arrived on time. Completed window installation with no problems. Neat install, cleaned up well afterwards.

Mark and Terry arrived when expected, they were very pleasant, did a good job, no mess, left full instructions and made sure we were happy before going

Bob and Terry arrived early, worked extremely hard and had finished the installation in just 1.5 hours. They were clearly very experienced and knew what they were doing.

Bob and Terry
Were Brilliant

Paul and Terry arrived promptly to fit 2 windows and a door. They worked hard and expertly paying attention to detail. The finish is very good and they left the site tidy.
I found all who i came into contact with from the initial surveyor, Lance, to the chap who did the detailed measure (sorry I've forgot your name) knowledgeable experts in their field. Thank you.

Thank youEX 100808

Brittania Windows AKA Launa Windows fitted two external doors which warped within 18months of installation. Eventually someone came to have a look at the doors in February 2024. They said the doors needed replacing and they would sed a report in. After 6 months and no replacement doors I contacted Launa Windows and was told that they had lost the report and would need to send another inspector. He came in January 2025. He agreed the doors had failed and needed to be replaced. I have made dozens of call to Launa Windows and am told someone will call me back. No one ever does and we still have 2 doors that needed replacing. Launa was once a good reliable company sadly not any more.

Paul has spent a long, hot day fixing our new patio doors - they look stunning. He has been diligent and determined despite our house’s idiosyncrasies. The workmanship is high quality and he’s been a very pleasant chap to have around.

We recently had our front and back doors replaced with Launa windows and the products/service has been brilliant throughout would highly recommend. This is our 2nd time using this company and the fitters Terry and Bob were brilliant cannot fault the amazing job they did. Paul who came out to help us design the doors was also a great help and clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience.
