Avoid at all costs
Our order arrived weeks after ordering with no reply to emails or explanation. When it did finally arrive it didn’t work. I emailed to arrange a return to which I received a reply asking us to wire the clock/light in and take a video of it not working. When I said I would if they would cover the cost of an electrician they then asked for a photo of the wiring, which I sent over. I then got an email saying that they can confirm there isn’t a problem with the wiring ( they can tell this by the picture seemingly? ) they then requested that we open the terminals and check for loose wiring, once we had done this they then wanted us to wire it up and take a video. I obviously point blank refused this ludicrous request. I am now on email number 7 and they now want to send me a driver so I can install it myself and see if it that works. Not a chance, I now feel they are ridiculing me with the replies. I have stated time and time again that I am within my rights to reject/return an item that is broken/ unfit for purpose within 30 days but this has been ignored each time.
Save yourself a whole lot of stress and AVOID this SCAM website that is clearly not UK based.
UPDATE: I had to open a case through PayPal who were also not interested and said I had to return the clock/light to CHINA at my own expense if I wanted a refund. I made it clear that this website is claiming to be UK based and tried to fight for the seller to pay for the return costs as the item was faulty, PayPal weren't interested and I was forced to sent it recorded/signed delivery at a further cost of £28. PayPal have now closed the case in favour of the seller as the tracking shows the seller never received the return, it was sent to the address provided but once in reached China it has mysteriously disappeared. Absolute disgraceful customer service from both the SCAM seller and PayPal. Please ignore the fake reviews that are clearly wrote by the seller. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM

Products not as Advertised - Took several weeks to arrive - comms good but all by email and vague about refunds. Arrived in good condition but not what purchased. Told restocking fee circa 10% - was offered a 20% refund to retain items. No telephone contact. Felt very much like once took your money you get lumbered with whatever they send you and no way of returning to Asia…. Feel let down. Despite them offering and following through with a partial refund. Won’t be using this company again. Should be clearer about NOT being a UK based company. And be transparent about delivery times. Classic case of a Drop Shipping company with zero options for customer experience journey. BEWARE!

WORST RETURN SERVICE EVER

Unfortunately, I'm also one of those people who wants to return something. I have already received 6 emails in which they first offer a 10% discount, then 20%, then even 50%

And then just 10% again a few times. And I keep saying that I DO NOT want that floor lamp. UNBELIEVABLE!

But you don't get an address to send your stuff to. I'm curious how long that will last and the money back will probably be much longer.

I would NEVER buy anything there again.

23/02 You’re coming back on this 6 months after? It took my 6 weeks and a dozen mails to get a reaction of the service team.
