I am on disability, and I don't have a lot of money, but I needed to get some furniture! So I ordered the boneless cloud couch and I still haven't gotten anything from them!!! And I have emailed them twice!!! And they have not responded to me!!!

I ordered 3 couches on March 7th, 26, and nothing! I have contacted customer service through email several times and I received 2 replies saying that they are "looking into it"!! I really wish I had seen these reviews before we ordered! Ugh these scammers make me sick! I truly hope that karma catches up to them!! Save your money and buy from a reputable company!

This is why i dont like ordering online because of people like this.. scammers and I will be reporting this to local authorities. This is a huge crime!!! Whoever is behind all of this count your days. I ordered a couch over a month and half ago and I still didn't receive anything and to the person emailing me about my order you are a total rip off and karma will return back to you for trying to get over on innocent hard working people.

I ordered 2 couches over a month ago and they still have not shipped. I emailed 4 times so far checking on why they haven't shipped yet...nothing. I say SCAM!!! They won't even issue a refund and cancel the order! Don't deal with them, EVER!

Such a scam! Ordered a product, canceled within 24 hours, got a cancelation response. NEVER got my money refunded and then they proceeded to charge my account monthly under helpusukeed.com for a subscription I never signed up for! Of course these scum bags don't respond to emails because they are the lowest form of human waste.

I ordered a boneless couch on 3/18/26 and have received no responses back from their many email addresses I tried contacting. On 3/25/26 they have the audacity to try charging my card $39.99 for who knows what reason but I keep my cards locked. This company is a JOKE!

You already know what goes around comes rounds just learn lesson from the experience and be aware of creative thefives yes it's double for the trouble

I ordered a boneless sofa on March 8, 2026. I am still waiting on my sofa and have not gotten a refund. This company is definitely a scam do not order shit from them.

On Feb 6th I ordered a couch from lash auras and I haven't heard anything from them. I have written many emails trying to find out when I can expect to receive the couch, still no word when I can expect to receive it. I'm very disappointed with the matter!! All I want is to either get an answer when I'm going to receive it or get a refund!! Nobody will help me at all!!

Ever received my product and no one answered the customer number

I ordered a boneless cloud sofa from lashaura and paid for it in full as of today 3/18/26 I have not received anything I sent several emails and I received an email stating that it was on the way she also stated that it wasn't lost in transit I sent another email asking for the tracking number which they have not provided I keep sending emails but all I get is they will check into it and get back to you later I have reported this to FTC and consumer affairs for investigation also they have not refunded my money. This company is nothing but a scam I also have a confirmation number and receipt

Much like the other people on here I also bought 2 of these couches. The first time I thought maybe there was a delivery glitch or something may have happened but I did not save the confirmation number and didn't know what web address it was since it was a random ad that popped up so I just let that go since the couch really was only $9.99... So I ordered another one this time taking a screen shot of the confirmation number and this time expecting to receive this couch well... It's been almost 3 weeks since this transaction and like some of the other people reviewing I never received another interaction with them. No couch, no email, no nothing. Total scam I just wish I would have read these reviews first but this has made me much more skeptical of ads and I have been receiving a charge on my debit card for $44 and Its from helpusukceed.com which I've never even heard of. Who knows if these 2 are related but I have a feeling they are and now I am going to have to get a whole new debit card. What a problem ... Buyers beware of any ad that pops up on your phone ... Most are all fake or selling junk or just don't send anything at all like lashaura...

I ordered two of their boneless couches. Money came out of my account and I received order confirmation emails. That was the last contact I have had. I have called them, but no one ever answers. I have emailed and no one contacts me. I was so excited. Now I am disappointed. How can you run a business like that?

Never received and have tried to call but number is invalid! But.. the company took their money 💰

They took money out 3 times. Never received. Nothing but a SCAM . Too good to be true. Do not order . I ordered 3 because they we were $9.99 each . Unreal . SCAM

Ordered 22 business days ago, they do not respond and now they've charged my card another $17.41 twice in a row! Total SCAM!

Paid for two of their boneless cloud sofas. Money taken from account. No email from them for tracking number or any other emails from them. Tried contacting them and no response. Absolutely was a scam
