I had an incredible experience at Laser Me Out! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The clinic is spotless, modern, and has a calming atmosphere. The laser treatments were fast, effective, and virtually painless. The technicians are highly skilled, taking the time to explain each step of the process and ensure I was at ease. I’m already seeing great results and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend Laser Me Out for anyone looking for top-notch laser hair removal services.

I never write negative reviews, but it seemed important to share my experience with Laser Me Out to warn others.

I initially purchased a full-body package, but after completing the sessions, I noticed minimal improvement in most areas. I booked a review appointment, where I was told that multiple factors—including suboptimal, too low treatment settings— affected the outcome. I was informed that I would need additional sessions to see better results.

During this appointment, we agreed on a new treatment plan: 6 additional sessions across 5 areas, and I paid in full based on this agreement.

However, when I attended my first laser session, I was told that only 3 areas could be treated that day.

Confused, I attempted to resolve this issue by emailing and calling the clinic, but my communications were repeatedly ignored. After weeks of persistent follow-ups, I finally spoke to the manager, who then claimed that completing all 5 areas would require an additional £551—nearly double the agreed-upon price!! This was completely unacceptable. I requested a refund for the 5 unused sessions (offering to pay in full for the 1 session I had already used), as I no longer wanted to continue with Laser Me Out. At first, I was told that a refund wasn’t possible because I had "started the treatment plan"—even though the plan I had agreed to had not been honoured.

I again asked to escalate this issue, I was truly shocked by how I was being treated. I was assured that the manager would discuss my request with her manager and provide an update. That update never came, forcing me to follow up multiple times again.

After nearly a month of stress and frustration, she finally agreed to refund the 5 remaining sessions—I decided to pay more for the 1 session than initially agreed upon in my consultation to move the process forward. This ordeal was horrible as it was a lot of money on the line and I was being treated extremely unfairly and dismissed time and time again.

I would like to give a shout out to Bassma, who escalated my concerns and took me seriously. However, outside of her, there was a general lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the disregard for customer care throughout this ordeal was appalling.

This experience has left me with zero confidence in the company. I strongly urge Laser Me Out to re-evaluate their customer service and communication processes to prevent other clients from going through a similar ordeal. I should never have had to go through this due to multiple mistakes made by the business, and the burden of fixing their errors should never have been placed on me.

I love it here so much! The clinic is so cute, the staff are always lovely and very accommodating. The difference the soprano laser has made is insane. Special shout out to Rabia! She’s the reason I come here and the reason I purchased a second package ! So so good saw a huge hair reduction in thickness and amount after my 3rd session, she makes me so comfortable before, during and after every session and I will always come back because of her!

Best laser experience I’ve ever had !!

Professional and amazing from the minute I walked in
My neck back and top of arms took less than 30 min and was pain free !!
They also use the latest most up to date laser machines
My therapist was super professional and experienced .

Seeing great results already , as a male my hair growth is hormonal , so even after my course finishes I will do occasional top up sessions to maintain the result , which works out cheaper than waxing and a lot less painful .

Disappointed with Service and Lack of Communication
I am writing this review anonymously to maintain the privacy of my IVF journey, I wish for you to respect that. I don’t usually share negative experiences. However, my dissatisfaction with Laser Me Out has compelled me to speak up.

Unfortunately Iv had to result in rewriting this review.

In May 2023, I invested over £1,600 in laser services that were supposed to be valid for one year. Due to multiple delays in booking appointments and issues with your team’s service, my voucher was extended for another year. However, my circumstances have since changed significantly— life happens right…!!!
I have relocated out of London and begun my IVF journey, which I communicated to your team back in May and again in September

Recently, I was informed that laser treatments are contraindicated for individuals undergoing IVF. While I completely understand the need for health considerations, I find it unacceptable that this crucial information was not shared with me earlier. After investing a substantial amount, I now find myself unable to use the services without any alternatives being offered.

Fast forward a good few months
And finally a positive discussion was had with their clinical lead, who was sympathetic and a resolution was offered. Unfortunately it’s been a while and a resolution has still not materialised. This issue has been raised since August last year.

This treatment is not only expensive but also sensitive. And I’m whole heartedly disappointed with the way this whole situation has been handled.

Entirely fraudulent and unethical company, not to be trusted - avoid at all costs. Paid up front for 6 sessions after a consultation in which I was told I would have successful results. Over 6 sessions I had almost no results (though my hair is dark and my sisters with same colouring all had success at other clinics). When I complained I was instructed to 'buy more' to see results (after being told opposite at point of sale). I refused and requested to meet with a manager. It took nearly a year to get an apt with a manager (including them cancelling on me while I was already en route). Manager agreed there was basically no result and said they'd give me 'one complimentary session' to see if the problem is my hair (it isn’t, which I already knew). Told me I'd then have to buy more if the one session works, I said no, I expect all 6 that I paid for if it works on the first re-do ie when done properly. They did the 1 treatment - which was ENTIRELY DIFFERENT from the previous 6 I'd had - took twice as long and hurt like hell, technician told me she was using ‘different settings’. And what do you know when done properly it actually worked, I had more reduction from that 1 session than all 6 previous. I advised I would now like the rest of my treatments done properly as they should’ve been the first time. They have refused, adamantly, now stating the settings were 'exactly the same as before’ (they 100% were not, as confirmed by the technician) and that the problem is MY BODY and MY HAIR which might not have been receptive last year but is now (yes, seriously). Cited legal crap and terms and conditions. Told me they'll give me a 'really good deal' whereby I re-pay what I’d already paid to get the treatments done properly. I refused and said I expect either a full refund or the treatments I’d already paid for and that if they don't make this right I will be open about my experience publicly (ie here on Trustpilot etc). They again refused and instead threatened me with legal action if I speak up. So here we are. They have my money and will not properly provide the service I paid for. Beware. They will sell you something you have to pay for up front and then not do the treatments properly so that they have to convince you to buy more, and if you balk at any of it they will not only not make it right but they'll also threaten you. Not to be trusted, avoid at all costs.
UPDATE: note their response which completely gaslights me, lies about the changed treatment settings, and fails to acknowledge that all six of the first treatments - which they assured me would work brilliantly at point of sale - did absolutely nothing (I have this confirmed in writing from them) and then magically after my complaining the ‘complimentary’ session they did to ‘confirm’, which was performed completely differently and with different settings as confirmed by the different technician - worked perfectly. Their goal was to use this session to dupe me into having to re-purchase the exact package I’d already paid for which didn’t work the first 6 times but magically works only after raising a complaint. And of course it’s my ‘physiology’ which was somehow the problem. As though I got a whole new body in between the treatments. Unreal. Cannot be trusted. If they actually stood behind what they do they’d have done the treatments right from the outset and worst case been keen to redo them properly once they were ‘made aware’ of the fact that they knowingly did treatments with low / ineffective settings to ensure people have to buy a ton more treatments than are actually needed.

I am sharing my incredibly frustrating experience with *Laser Me Out* to warn others about their unethical business practices and lack of customer service. I paid £999.99 upfront for six laser sessions, enticed by a "limited-time offer." I should have recognised the red flag when they insisted on full payment for a service they hadn't even started yet. After paying with my credit card, they finally instructed me to book my patch test.

As someone with sensitive skin, before paying,
I made it clear that this was my first time having laser treatment. I was reassured that if I was unsuitable, I would receive a full refund. However, when I mentioned that I was on a specific medication, they told me I was "unsuitable," but I could still go ahead with the treatment if I wanted to. I had paid for full-body sessions, but they suggested I only proceed with parts of my body that were unaffected. This was not acceptable, and when I raised this, I was told to email them. My emails went completely ignored.

I followed up via WhatsApp, calling and messaging repeatedly, but all my attempts to get a response were ignored for over a month. After constant chasing, someone finally called me back and referred me to their Terms & Conditions, stating that refunds are not possible after 14 days, despite the fact I had not even had a patch test yet. To my shock, they also asked for medical evidence, which was never mentioned on their website or in their T&Cs, in order to even *consider* refunding or deferring my sessions.

It is appalling that *Laser Me Out* is refusing to return my money, despite their failure to provide the service I paid for. Given that they took my money and are now refusing to answer my calls or respond to my messages, I have no choice but to go through my bank to claim a refund.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company, as they have shown themselves to be dishonest, unprofessional, and unwilling to support their customers.

I strongly suggest anyone considering this place based on influencer reviews, really reconsider their options and go for another, more professional clinic!

Following up on my previous review, it’s clear that Lasermeout has failed to follow through on their promises once again. After my last review, they offered me an accommodating date, which they changed twice over the weekend. Now, it seems they’ve decided not to honor it at all. It’s apparent my review struck a nerve—something I wouldn’t have posted had they not lied about their compensation and provided poor customer service over the phone.

Lasermeout - please reassess your business model and customer service approach. Maintain clear and honest records in your system and conduct business with integrity. The frequent turnover of practitioners and practice managers every few months is a clear indication of deeper issues within the organization.

I have completed my 6 sessions for Top to Tail with Sadaf at Laser Me Out. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and reduction of hair growth. For each session Sadaf explained the process of increasing wavelengths to ensure i was comfortable, and she was truly amazing throughout all my sessions.

I had laser and a hydrafacial with Rabia and can honestly say it was one of the best hydrafacials. She was very thorough and my skin feels so clean and is so bright and glowy. She took so much care in my comfort, explained everything as she went along and you can tell she's very experienced. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Hely for many months now to complete my full body laser hair removal - and she has been incredible! She’s so knowledgeable about treatment and always makes me feel comfortable! She’s a really asset to the team and I’m so grateful for her service!

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all.
You pay for 6 sessions and you are stuck with them.
They advertised their laser machine as pain free and you don’t feel anything and it’s false claims it really hurts as their no cooling air and the cooling tip gets hot.
Talking about their therapist Hely was stingy with applying the gel so the head of machine was literally rubbing my skin and when I told her to apply more gel like the other therapist she said there is zero point of applying more gel in terms of cooling effect and continued rubbing the machine head on my skin and it felt really awful and she missed a lot of spots especially side of the abdominal and bikini wasted my sessions.
Willota was the same and the weird part is she doesn’t leave the room before and after the session to let you change peacefully.
Both therapist didn’t offer any dry brushing whatsoever so.
Money wasted.

Not only was she highly knowledgeable about the laser hair removal process, but her warm demeanor and attentiveness truly made me feel at ease throughout each session. Violetta took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, addressing any concerns I had and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way.
