Hi Kailee, all orders are sent out within 1-2 business days along with a USPS tracking number and insurance. You've emailed us regarding this issue and we've replied back but you took over 10 days to answer us back so we can help you locate your order. We also sent you a new replacement order with a new tracking number after you've reached out to us. This is your 3rd order with us, accidents do happen and sometimes packages are lost in the mail which is out of our control. Nonetheless, we will always refund your order or send out a replacement. Thanks

No instructions came with the product. It turned my gums white and burned. I think I am supposed to get additional shipments but I see no way to cancel.

Hello Linda, please do not leave multiple negative reviews for the same issue. Also reach out to us via email or call us to see how we can assist you. We've addressed this issue before. The gel you've ordered is for Professional Use only. This should not be used at home or without any proper training or certifications. If you are not trained to use this gel please stop immediately as you can cause serious damage to your clients.

11/10 always!!! I love all of the products - toothbrush, AM/PM toothpaste (it’s the only one that doesn’t make me break out), the whitening kit, lip oil, scrub…it’s all incredible and so is Dave!
